Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400~ for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350~ and bake 30-35 minutes longer. When done, outer edges will be set and center will be slightly soft. -----

Share Your Christmas 2013 Results
It was a truly historic showing of generosity here in the Coastal Bend, for the 26th Annual Share Your Christmas Food Drive.
This year South Texans donated just over $13,500 in cash. Nearly $6,000 of that was raised at the Kiii-TV Studios.
As for poundage, just over 66,000 pounds of food was collected, much needed this time of year at the Food Bank.
The money raised by those tear-off coupons is still being counted and appears to be significantly more than last year's $300,000 total.
