This is the easiest roast pork crackle recipe you'll ever make!
I've had a lot of people ask me how to get the perfect crackle on their pork shoulder when roasting in a Weber, and I always tell them it's easy.
But for those who need a little help, this video will show you everything you need to know about roasting your own delicious crackling.
I'm going to show you the process, and then share some tips with you on what makes this crackle so awesome.

Ingredients:
3.6kg (7.9lbs) boneless pork shoulder with skin on
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of salt flakes

Perfect Grilled Pork Chops are actually really easy to make. Choose the right cut, add some seasoning, and grill the best pork chop you've ever had in your life!

✅Ingredients
• 4 bone-in thick center cut or rib chop pork chops
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoons paprika
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
✅Instructions
00:00:17 - How to choose a pork chop cut
1️⃣ 00:01:10 - Heat an outdoor grill to high heat, about 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
2️⃣ 00:01:15 - Prepare your chops by rubbing both sides with olive oil.
3️⃣ 00:01:27 - In a small bowl, stir together paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture on each side of the pork chops and rub it in.
4️⃣ 00:01:51 - Grill the chop by searing each side for 2 minutes over the high heat. Remove the chops to an upper rack or to a spot with indirect heat to finish cooking.
5️⃣ 00:02:04 - Reduce the burners to medium, close the lid, and cook for about another 15 minutes more. Actual cooking time will depend on the heat of your grill and the thickness of your pork chop. Pork needs to be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
6️⃣ 00:02:39 - Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Pork BBQ Cooked in A Pan
A different way of cooking barbecue which has more sauce that makes it tastier. If you don't want the hassle of grilling it, you can follow this recipe instead.
Ingredients:
500g pork shoulder
1 cup lime soda
1/8 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup oyster sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
2 thai chili
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
5 calamansi
1/4 cup ketchup

Pork Season
Two small packs of Easyspice pork season
One tablespoon of Maggi All purpose
6-7 Cloves of Garlic
Two Tablespoon of grated ginger
1/2 or 1 Whole Onion
6-8 Pimentos
Handful of dried thyme
One scotch bonnet paper
Honey Barbeque Sauce
6-8 Tablespoon of barbeque sauce or enough to coat the pork
3 Tablespoon brown sugar
2 Tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
The remainder of the pork marinade.
The pork baked for a total of 2hrs at 180 degrees Celsius,the chops were thick.
If you wish to cut the cook time use smaller/ thinner slices of pork????
