How To make Eight Layer Casserole
1/2 lb lean ground beef
2 tb imitation bacon bits
1 sm onion; chopped
1 tomato sauce
1/2 c water
1/2 ts chili powder
1/4 ts salt
1/4 ts ground black pepper
2/3 c long-grain rice
1 whole-kernel corn; drained
1/2 c chopped bell pepper
Crumble ground beef evenly over bottom of a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Sprink le with bacon bits, then onion. In a medium bowl, combine tomato sauce, wat er, chili power, salt, and black pepper; pour half over beef and onion laye rs. Sprinkle rice evenly over top, then corn. Top with remaining tomato sau ce mixture, then bell pepper. Cover and cook on LOW about 5 hours or until rice is tender.

1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup whole kernel corn, drained
dash salt and pepper
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce and 1/2 can water
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green bell pepper
3/4 to 1 pound extra lean ground beef
3 strips bacon
Arrange the ingredients except bacon in layers in order given. Lay bacon strips on top; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, then uncover and continue baking for 30 minutes.

Bake at 400degrees (f) for 10-15 mins
Ingredients
Oil
1 to 2 pounds of ground beef
1 can of tomato green chili (hatch)
3 Tbsp taco season of choice
1 1/2 Tbsp Knorr chicken bouillon (adjust to taste)
12 corn tortillas
2 Cups Mexican red rice
3 cups Mexican cheese blend
1 small can of black beans (15oz)
Half finely chopped Iceberg lettuce
16oz Mexican sour cream
Pico de Gallo
Hot sauce
Pico de Gallo
1 large tomato
1/4 onion
Half a jalapeño
Small bunch cilantro
Lemon juice and salt to taste

Adjust taco seasoning and chicken bouillon to taste

INGREDIENTS FOR MEAT FILLING
8 large poblano peppers (roasted, seeds, veins and charred skin removed)
1 lb.80/20 ground beef
1/4 small onion (diced)
2 medium green onions (white and green)
1 small carrot (diced small)
1/2 tsp whole cumin
1/2 tsp peppercorns
3 large garlic cloves
1 large Roma tomato
2 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp tomato paste
Salt (to your liking)
1 medium russet potato (diced small)
small bunch cilantro (chopped fine)
1 & 1/2 C. water
20 oz. Monterey jack cheese (grated)
2 C. Colby jack cheese (grated)

Baked Ziti is an easy, saucy, and cheesy pasta casserole. It has all of the great flavors of lasagna but is much easier to make as a pasta bake with ziti or penne noodles.

►1 onion, chopped

An easy to make all in one meal
The BEST Vegetable Casserole
This Cheesy Vegetable Casserole is EPIC! It’s layered with broccoli, cauliflower, water chestnuts, bean sprouts and topped with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. It’s our FAVORITE side dish for the holidays or entertaining! Plus, you can prep it the day before and just bake it the day you are entertaining. Make sure you make this the next time you need a delicious side dish recipe.
RECIPE HERE --
Ingredients
16 oz package frozen cauliflower thawed
16 oz package frozen broccoli thawed
8 oz canned sliced water chestnuts drained
8 oz canned bean sprouts drained
10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 yellow onion diced
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp salt
Dash of Pepper
8 oz cheddar cheese grated
8 oz mozzarella cheese grated
Instructions
In a mixing bowl combine soup, eggs, onions, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, salt & pepper.
In a greased 9×13 glass pan put 1/2 of the broccoli, cauliflower, bean sprouts & water chestnuts. Pour half of the combined soup mixture over the cauliflower mixture. Then sprinkle half the cheese on top. Repeat layer.
Bake at 350 degrees for an hour to a hour and fifteen minutes or until the cheese is golden brown on top and the vegetables are cooked through.
