8 Bread slices 1 lb Sausage 2 c Grated cheese 6 Eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 c Milk 1 1/4 ts Dry mustard 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 c Milk Trim crusts from bread. Place in a 13x9 inch Pyrex dish. Cook sausage until red is gone. Drain on paper towel. Put sausage on top of bread. Place cheese on top of sausage. Mix eggs, 1/2 cup milk and dry mustard and pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Mix soup with 1 1/2 cups milk and pour over casserole. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours. May be frozen. Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole with Sausage | The Recipe Rebel

Ingredients ▢1 lb breakfast sausage pork or turkey casings removed ▢4 cups frozen hash browns cubed or shredded ▢½ red bell pepper diced ▢½ green bell pepper diced ▢½ onion finely diced ▢10 large eggs ▢1½ cups whole or evaporated milk you can also use part milk, part cream ▢1½ teaspoons salt ▢1 teaspoon dried parsley ▢½ teaspoon black pepper ▢3 cups shredded cheese
Instructions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 9x13 casserole dish. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, crumble and brown the sausage (you may need to add a bit of oil if using turkey sausage). Remove from the pan and set aside in a large bowl. In the same pan, cook peppers and onion until softened, adding additional oil if needed. Add hash browns, sausage, and vegetables to the prepared dish. Add 2 cups of the cheese and stir well. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, parsley, and pepper and pour over the mixture in the pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, cover, and bake for 40-50 minutes, until the eggs are just set through the center. Uncover and broil to brown slightly if desired.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground breakfast sausage (browned) 6 Slices of bread (cubed) 2 Cups of Milk 6 Eggs 2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar)
Steps: 1 Brown the breakfast sausage then set aside 2 cube or break 6 slices of bread 3 In a mixing bowl, add 6 eggs, milk, breakfast sausage, and cheese - mix thoroughly 4 Add bread and let soak for 30 minutes 5 Pour in a 13 x 9 casserole dish or baking pan 6 Bake at 350 uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
