Ingredients 1 cup coconut 1 cup pecans,chopped 8 oz cream cheese 1 pound confectioner's sugar (box) 1 pk german chocolate cake mix 1/2 cup butter
Directions: Heat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan. Spread the coconut and pecans over bottom of pan. Mix cake mix according to package directions. Spread over coconut and nuts. Mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Drop teaspoons of this mixture over cake, using all. Bake for 45 minutes. Cake will set up when cooled.

INGREDIENTS
1 c. sweetened shredded coconut 1/2 c. chopped toasted pecans 1 box German chocolate cake mix, plus ingredients called for on box 8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature 1/2 c. butter, melted 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract kosher salt 2 c. chocolate chips Vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9-x-13” baking pan with cooking spray. Spread coconut and pecans on the bottom of the pan.
2. Prepare cake batter according to package directions, then pour on top of coconut and pecans.
3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Beat with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Spread the mixture over the chocolate batter then sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
4. Serve warm with ice cream.

INGREDIENTS: Cake: 2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoons baking soda 2 cups granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 20oz can crushed pineapple with juice Topping: 1/2 cup salted butter 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13″ baking pan with butter In a large mixing bowl, mix together your flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, vanilla, and crushed pineapple Pour into your baking pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown Poke several holes in the cake with the handle of a wooden spoon In a medium sized sauce pan, heat your butter, sugar, evaporated milk, and vanilla until it reaches a boil Mix in your pecans and coconut and continue cooking for about 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring constantly Pour your topping evenly over your cake Serve and enjoy !!!
