1 box elbow macaroni 24 ounces tomato sauce salt to taste 1 1/2 cups chicken broth 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese -- grated pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the noodles according to package directions. In a large bowl, mix the noodles, tomato sauce and cheese together well. Pour into large round casserole dish. Pour 1 cup chicken broth over mixture. Let stand for 15-20 minutes. Pour remaining broth over mixture and bake for 45-60 minutes or until bubble in center. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

It's hard not to like Stew Fish, especially when it tastes this good! In this video, I show you how to make the most flavorful stew fish. You can use and fish you'd like; snapper, grunt, jack, turbot, etc but today I use grouper straks cut into pieces that are just about boneless and easy to serve.
Here's a tip! Fry ya fish before starting the recipe ORRRRR use fish that you fried the day before. The flavor would be perfect.

1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 cups fish broth (water will do just fine) 2 cups water 2 pounds seasoned grouper fillet (or grouper pieces) OR fish of your choice - snapper, turbot, etc. It's up to you. 3 tbsps oil 1 tbsp butter 1 potato evenly cubed 1/2 cup diced onions 1/2 cup diced tomatoes 1 goat pepper 1/2 lime 1 bayleaf 1 tsp thyme (or 1/2 tsp ground thyme)

3/4 pound of ground beef
1 small or medium onion
3 to 5 cloves of garlic (to your liking)
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup red wine (optionnal)
1 cup pasta
1 can of diced tomatoes (12 or 14 oz) + half of that can of water
1 tsp salt
1tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp dry thyme
1 tsp dry basil
1 tsp dry oregano
1 tsp dry savory
1 tsp dry sage
1 tsp chili flakes
Fresh parsley and grated parmesan for garnish
