Quick Ham & Cheese Puffs ~ New Year's Eve Nosh~Noreen's Kitchen
Here is a quick and easy appetizer, pick up or snack that you can make for your New Year's Eve celebration or just for your lunch! This would also make a nice sandwich night dinner paired with a salad or a bowl of tomato soup!
These quick ham and cheese puffs are easy to make with a food processor or mini chopper. You just grind everything up add a bit of mayo, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and you are good to go. Add a bit of green onion for that fresh bite and you are in for a taste treat. I spread this mixture, which really is like a deviled ham on some toasted bread, topped with more shredded cheese and popped them under the broiler till browned and bubbly.
I served these cut into triangles for an appetizer or hors d'oeuvres but you can serve them any way you like.
I hope you give these a try and I hope you love them!
Happy Eating and Happy New Year!
