Ingredients:
Cake:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (300g)
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (300g)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar (110g)
2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
2 t ground cinnamon
2 t ground ginger
1/2 t allspice
1/2 t salt
1 cup toasted walnuts (chopped)
2 cups applesauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
2 t vanilla
Frosting:
1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
3 cups powdered sugar
2 T milk
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and prepare 13 x 9 baking pan with butter or baking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients, then stir in the chopped walnuts.
In a medium bowl, whisk the applesauce with the vegetable oil, then add eggs and vanilla and whisk well.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix only until combined.
Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow your cake to cool thoroughly to room temperature before frosting.
Frosting:
In a large mixing bowl, beat room temperature butter until it becomes light and fluffy.
Gradually add powdered sugar alternating with milk and finally add the vanilla.
If your frosting is too thick, just add more milk. If the frosting is too thin, add more sugar.
Add frosting to the cake and spread evenly.
You can dust the top of your cake with cinnamon or chopped walnuts if you like.
ENJOY!

How to make Bread | My Dad's Favorite Bread type
I saw the recipe online and tried it. My Dad loved to eat Baguette bread with almost everything
This one was so good, I finished it immediately but i will advise you use a strand mixer if you can't knead for so long, i was exhausted kneading this one by hand lol
