-I’m using a 6 qt instant pot

**For stove top-
????????Tip**** the bouillon and salt could be adjusted to your liking just don’t add more than 2 tsp of tomato bouillon or you will end up with your broth tasting a little bitter, you can add more chicken bouillon and simply don’t add the tomato one ???? it’s all going to depend on your taste ????????
Ingredients: 6 servings
2 cups white rice my fave Mahatma Rice Enriched Extra Long Grain
3 small roma tomatoes
1/4 small white onion
1/2 small red bell pepper (optional)
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1-2 tsp tomato bouillon
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt

Easy Recipe For Spanish Rice
This is an easy way to make Spanish rice for any Mexican meal.
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup of jasmine rice or long grain enriched
2 cups water
1/4 tsp each:
black pepper
parsley flakes
onion powder
garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup tomato sauce

Easy Mexican rice recipe-
Instant pot cook setting “rice”
1 cup long-grain rice
1 cup water or broth of choice
1 tbs bouillon of choice (knorr chicken bouillon)
1/2 chopped white or yellow onion
1 can tomato sauce (8oz)
1 tbs oil (canola)
Small bunch of cilantro
-optional add veggies of choice
Cook time: 15 to 20 minutes
Stovetop rice- 6:44
1 cup long-grain rice
1 3/4 cups broth of choice or 1 3/4 cups water
1/2 chopped white or yellow onion
1 tbs bouillon of choice (knorr chicken bouillon)
1 large ripe tomato or 2 Roma tomatoes
1 tbs oil (canola)
Small bunch cilantro
-optional add veggies of choice
For best flavor
- Combine 1 tomato and 4oz of tomato sauce
- Use broth of choice + bouillon
- Peas, carrots, corn, or mixed veggies work well with this recipe

*This recipe can be easily doubled

PRO TIP!!!!
✅make sure your rice is fully fried before adding the broth
✅pick the biggest and ripest tomatoes
✅washing rice is not necessary yet if you decide to rinse it make sure is fully dried before frying, when I do this I always rinse a couple hours before to make sure it’s fully dry by time i get ready to use it
✅I forgot to mention but make sure your pan is oven safe
Ingredients: 8 servings
2 cups long grain rice
3 large roma tomatoes

1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp chicken bouillon
2 tsp tomato bouillon
Salt I used 1 tsp
Cilantro and jalapeños are optional you can also use vegetables
