Ingredients 3 cup carrots, thinly sliced 3 tablespoon butter or margarine 2 cup water 3 tablespoon orange marmalade 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon pecans, chopped
Directions: Combine carrots, water, and salt in crockpot. Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hours or until the carrots are done. Drain well; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high 20-30 minutes. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
