Quince Jam - Two Ways
Quince Jam - two ways??
This year I got more quince than usual and made lots of delicious recipes with this fragrant fruit. Growing up my mom always made us quince jam two ways, as chunks perfect as a dessert served with yoghurt, or grated so that it could be easily spread on toast. I love serving the second variation on my cheese board and it is simply incredible with any of your favourite cheese.

Yo-ta's Quince and Cranberry Sauce
Yo-ta's Quince and Cranberry Sauce combines two of my favorite dishes. One a sweet called Kidoni, (Quince), in Greece which is a table sweet that is served to guest when they visit a home in Greece and the other an American favorite Cranberry Sauce that is usually served around Thanksgiving. I love the combination of the Kidoni (Quince) and Cranberries. They taste divine together. What helps them along are the spices added, as well as the sugar, lemon juice, orange peel. I hope you like this recipe. I know I do. Let me know what you think.
