How To make Cranapple Snack Bars
1 c Honey
3 tb Orange juice
1 t Salt
1/3 c Soy oil
1 pk (10.5-oz) firm silken tofu
1 Egg
1 t Vanilla
2 c Flour
1 t Baking soda
1 t Cinnamon
2 c Peeled apple slices
2 1/2 c Cranberries
-(fresh or frozen) 1/2 c Chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 10 x 15 x 1 inch pan with non-stick spray. Whip honey, orange juice and salt together; then blend with oil. Add tofu, vanilla, egg, and beat well. Sift together flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Add to the honey/oil mixture and stir well. Fold in apples, cranberries and nuts. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Yields 24 to 36 bars. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Tip: May substitute 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries for cranberries. Happy Wednesday! Hope you enjoy this super easy and healthy snack recipe for lazy vegans like myself haha :) It is great if you do not want to spend an hour making a full meal. You will love it even if you are not a vegetarian, vegan or raw vegan:) It only requires four simple ingredients and you do not even have to use all four. You can also be creative and put what you love on top of the bananas ^^ The most important ingredients is the banana pieces and the nut butter. It serves as a base for the rest of the things you put on them. I hope you guys give this vegan recipe a try. Yellow Plum Cranberry Crumble | How to make the best crumble dessert recipe
Ingredients:
5 yellow plums (500g)
40g (1/3 cup) dried cranberry
1 cm vanilla bean, scratch
100g (1 cup) oat flakes
50g (1/2 cup) oat flour
50g cold butter
20g (2 tbsp) coconut sugar
Bake at 190°C/375°F for 25-35 minutes
Serve with vanilla ice cream

Here is what you'll need!
NO-BAKE CRISPY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
Servings: 40-50
INGREDIENTS
½ cup salted butter, softened
2 cups creamy peanut butter
3 cups powdered sugar
3 cups crispy rice cereal
2 cups chocolate chunks (preferably dark), for coating
PREPARATION
In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and peanut butter. Microwave for 1 minute.
Using a fork, stir together the melted butter and peanut butter until smooth. Microwave additional 20 seconds, as needed.
Add the powdered sugar and rice cereal to the bowl. Gently mix together until fully incorporated.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into approximately 40 1-inch balls. Place them on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chunks. Microwave for 60-75 seconds, stopping to check and stir every 30 seconds.
Drop the frozen balls in the melted chocolate one at a time, use a fork to roll around to ensure an even coating. Place back on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
Garnish with additional rice cereal while the chocolate is still warm. Chill until the chocolate has set.
