How To make Country Oat Cake
CAKE:
1 pk Spice cake mix (18.5 oz.)
1 c Quaker Oats, uncooked
-- (quick or old-fashioned) 8 oz Plain low-fat yogurt
3 Eggs; OR...
3/4 c -Egg substitute
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Water
1 1/2 c Finely chopped apple
(about 2 medium) :
TOPPING 1 c Quaker Oats, uncooked
:
(quick or old-fashioned) 1/2 c Brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c Margarine or butter; melted
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
Whipped cream (optional) Heat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch baking pan. For cake, combine first six ingredients. Blend on low speed of electric mixer until moistened; mix at medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in apple. Pour into prepared pan. For topping, combine oats, brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon; mix well. Sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream, if desired. 40 g raisins(1/4 cup)
150 g rolled oats(1 3/4 cup)
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 carrots(160 g/5.64 oz)
100 g/3.52 oz pear (without skin)
50 g walnuts(1/2 cup)
2 eggs
1 tbsp sweetener (erythritol, stevia, etc)
1 tbsp sunflower oil
20 x 8 cm/ 7.8 x 3.15 inch baking form
bake 40-45 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
powdered sugar (optional)

Oatmeal Cake has a wonderful flavor and texture. It will take you back in time to a simpler safer place. With the rich brown sugar glaze, it will satisfy your tongue and your tummy. This recipe was born in hard times. It is a struggle food masterpiece. It has its own unique taste and texture. This is a recipe that you really must try.
I love the basic recipe with nothing added. The cream cheese frosting makes it much richer and sweeter. The chopped nuts really add a nice flavor, and the cranberries change both the flavor and texture. Bake in muffin pans for an excellent breakfast muffin. This would be the perfect end to a Sunday dinner. If you are looking for something different to take to your next church dinner or potluck you have found it.

A dessert with just three ingredients in 5 minutes! Eat gluten-free, sugar-free and flour-free and lose weight!
This dessert can be prepared in five minutes. A very easy and healthy oatmeal cake.
I love vegan recipes for homemade sweets very much and there are many of them on my channel. And this three-ingredient chocolate cake recipe is delicious and gluten, egg, dairy, and baked-free. This chocolate and banana cake can be prepared sugar-free in just 5 minutes.
A simple and quick recipe for the whole family.
Ingredients and recipe:
180 g rolled oats (2 cups)
Fry for about 3 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
The oats are ready when the aroma is pleasant.
2 bananas (490 g / 300 g without peel).
Grind in a blender
2 tablespoons of cocoa
100 ml of plant milk (0.45 cup)
100 g dark chocolate (without sugar) (3.5 oz)
chop into small pieces.
(You can use 200 g (7 oz) dark chocolate without sugar and do not add milk or cocoa powder).
Melt in the microwave for 3 minutes on the defrost program.
Combine all the ingredients.
Mix everything well.
Place some baking paper on the plate
Put in a 16 cm (6.3 inch) cake pan
Place in the freezer for 1 hour
The delicious dessert is ready
Some coconut flakes( optional)
