2 c Corn Flour Tortilla Mix, *
1 1/4 c Water; Warm
* Use the instant Corn Flour Tortilla Mix. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mix tortilla mix and water with hands until all of the tortilla mix is moistened and dough cleans side of bowl, ( add 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls of water, if necessary). Cover with damp towel; let rest 10 minutes. Divide dough into 12 1-inch balls. For each tortilla, place 1 ball on waxed paper square; flatten slightly. Cover with another waxed paper square. Roll into 6-inch circle. Peel off top waxed paper square. Heat an ungreased skillet
or griddle over medium-high heat until hot. Place tortilla in skillet, waxed paper side up. Cook 30 seconds; immediately remove waxed paper. Continue cooking tortilla until dry around edge, about 1 minute. Turn and cook the other side until dry, about 2 minutes. stack tortillas, placing waxed paper between each. Cover with damp towel.

Corn Tortillas/Tortillas de Maiz
2 cups Maseca Instant Corn Masa Flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups hot water
In medium size mixing bowl, combine corn flour and salt. Add in hot water a little at a time, and knead until you have a soft, pliable dough. (You may not need all the water.) Form into a flat ball, cover with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel, and let dough rest for a minimum of 30 minutes.
When you're ready to make your tortillas, form masa into individual dough balls about 1 1/2 to 2 in diameter. Heat comal or skillet to medium heat. Then take two pieces of plastic (about equal size to your tortilla press) and place one piece on the bottom and the other on the top. Then, one at a time, put a dough ball in the middle of both pieces of plastic, and press down with tortilla press to form a corn tortilla. Carefully, remove from plastic, transfer to heated comal. Cook approximately 15 seconds on first side and flip over using spatula. Let cook approximately 1 minute on second side and flip over one more time. This time, push down on tortilla and it should form an air pocket in the middle. Let cook approximately 15 seconds, and your tortilla should be done. Remove from comal and place in covered dish lined with a kitchen towel. Cover well and continue on with making the other tortillas.

1 ½ cups Maseca (instant corn masa flour)
1 ¼ cups water
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
Cook tortillas over medium-high heat in a non-stick pan. Cook 30 seconds on one side. Flip tortilla and then cook 30 seconds. Flip again and cook 30 seconds but this time gently press the tortilla so it could puff up. Enjoy!

Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make Easy and delicious corn tortillas! Fresh corn tortillas are simply delicious with everything!!!! Keep in mind like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, you can always adjust it to your taste! this is the way I was taught and I really hope you enjoy this recipe as much as me and my family do, and as always if you do please don’t forget to give me a big thumbs up, comment down below your thoughts and if you new to my channel please hit that subscribe buttons so you can be part of our family!!!!!! ????
Ingredients: makes 10 tortillas , it all depends on how big you make them, make sure you place them in a kitchen towel as soon as you get them off the stove, it will help you have soft tortillas ???? also if you have left over masa, you can put them in a ziplock bag and refrigerate, for your tortillas you can do the same
