All dishes I make are either my own, inspired from cookbooks, blogs and videos from the internet, but it is definitely not the first time any dish has been made. I use YouTube just like you to learn about new and interesting recipes that I can make satisfying videos of for all of you beautiful people watching. I am just an ordinary person trying out new things and changing parts of recipes to my liking, and not a professional chef. I just want to make quality videos for you to watch, enjoy and try out as well. Pleasure to have you watching (and hopefully making and eating as well)! ^-^
Peanut Butter Yogurt Cup with Chocolate Magic Shell!
Tried the viral peanut butter yogurt cup and let me tell you, it's viral for a reason! I made mine vegan by using coconut yogurt and dark chocolate for the magic shell.
RECIPE: Vegan Peanut Butter Yogurt Cup
For the chocolate drizzle:
(makes extra)
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
For the yogurt cup:
4 ounce plant-based yogurt cup
2 tablespoons peanut butter
crushed peanuts
flaky sea salt
Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave 30 to 50 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds, until melted.
Add the peanut butter to the yogurt cup and stir until smooth (tip: if using coconut yogurt, give it a stir before adding the peanut butter to avoid any separation). Drizzle some of the chocolate mixture on top and gently spread to the edges. Top with peanuts and flaky sea salt. Chill for 30 minutes and enjoy!
