Chocolate Popcorn - 3 Ingredients
Chocolate popcorn is a snap to make and incredibly tasty. The recipe involves three basic ingredients: popcorn, melted chocolate, and nuts. I use cashews, but you can use the nuts of your choice. The same applies to the chocolate and popcorn. We use microwave buttered popcorn, but it's entirely up to you. I've seen some recipes that use white chocolate, as well. Interestingly enough, the recipe is sometimes referred to as Angel Poop. Watch the video and give our delicious chocolate popcorn a try.

Chocolate Popcorn Bark
Ingredients:
2 10 ounce packages of semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 cups Smartfood Smart50® Sea Salt popcorn
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup marshmallows
Generous pinch of maldon sea salt
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate in bain marie or microwave
2. While chocolate is melting, line a baking sheet with tin foil, and get remaining ingredients ready
3. Add 2 cups of poporn, ½ cup of dried cranberries and ½ cup of marshmallows into the bowl with the melted chocolate. Use a rubber spatula to evenly incorporate all the ingredients into the chocolate.
4. Pour chocolate onto the baking sheet, using your rubber spatula to make sure and scrape every last bit from the bowl onto the sheet.
5. Next, fold in the remaining cup of popcorn, and spread chocolate evenly across baking sheet. It will not reach the end of the pan, but that’s ok.
6. Top with a generous sprinkle of maldon sea salt, and let sit at room temperature for at least two hours, or pop in the fridge to set.
7. Once set, use your hands to break chocolate into chunks. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
