Ingredients for cookies:
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 50g vanilla pudding powder or 50g chocolate pudding powder
- 50g powdered sugar
- 125g flour
- 125g butter room temperature

BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies [Pudding Cookies] | Tips to Make them PERFECT Every Time!
Soft, chewy chocolate chip cookies made with pudding to keep them soft! Perfect for dunking in a cold glass of milk, sandwiching around ice cream, or warm and gooey straight out of the oven.

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3.4 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt and set aside.
Using a stand or electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar on high speed until light and creamy, at least 3 minutes. Do not skip this step. Once combined, add the pudding mix, vanilla and eggs and beat on high for 2-3 minutes.
Slowly add half of the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and turn the mixer on low to start so the flour doesn't get everywhere. Turn the mixer up to high and mix until combined. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and repeat until dough is just combined. Add chocolate chips and stir with a rubber spatula until incorporated.
Drop cookies by 1/4 cup onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly golden and just set on the top. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for two minutes then transfer to a baking rack to cool completely.

Lemon Pudding White Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
A lemon pudding cookie recipe. The cookies from this recipe are so soft they just melt in your mouth!

This recipe comes together quickly and can easily be changed to fit your personal preferences. You can switch out the lemon pudding for other flavors and the white chocolate chips for nuts, chocolate, butterscotch chips, etc... the possibilities are endless!
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Makes approx 28 cookies.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 Cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2/3 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Butter (room temp)
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Cups White Chocolate Chips
1 3.4 Oz Box Lemon Instant Pudding
Glaze -
1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Zest of 1 Lemon - Optional

Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies - An After School Treat
Ingredients:
2 ¼ cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
¼ cup sugar
¾ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package (4 oz.) instant pudding vanilla or chocolate
2 eggs
1 package (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts (optional, I never use nuts)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°
Mix flour and baking soda in a small bowl
Combine butter, sugars, vanilla, and pudding mix in a large bowl, mix until smooth and creamy, beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chocolate chips and nuts if desired
Drop rounded measuring teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet
Bake them in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes

Vanilla White Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies Recipe
Ever had a pudding cookie before? If you haven’t, these Vanilla White Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies are a treat! Now the pudding doesn’t make these cookies have pudding texture or flavor but it does make them incredible soft and they tasty like a cookie you would get from the bakery. I also used vanilla paste to add to the vanilla flavor, you can use vanilla extract, I just wanted the vanilla flavor to shine through. I love the amount of white chocolate chips in this recipe and I wish I would have added some chopped Macadamia nuts to them but if you do, I wont get mad.

????Vanilla White Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies Recipe
1 cup unsalted butter, softened (229 g)
¼ cup granulated sugar (48 g)
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed (151 g)
1 box (3.4 oz) Vanilla instant pudding mix
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (7 g)
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour (224 g)
1 teaspoon baking soda (4 g)
½ teaspoon salt (3 g)
2 cups white chocolate chip (reserve ¼ cup for topping) (360 g total 45 g reserved)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl cream butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Add in pudding mix, eggs and vanilla paste and mix until combined. In a separate bowl add in flour, baking soda and salt and whisk to combined. Add flour mixture to the butter mixture and combine slowly. Fold in the1 ¾ cups of white chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop that is 1 ½ tablespoon, drop the cookies onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Gently press in the reserved white chocolate chips onto cookies and allow to fully cool on baking rack. Enjoy!
