Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Coca-Cola
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter
1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 cups sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla extract
Frosting:
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter
1/4 cup Coca-Cola
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter and flour a 13×9 cake pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together sugar and flour. Set aside.
In a saucepan, bring the butter, Coca Cola, vegetable oil, and unsweetened cocoa to a boil.
Pour into the flour mixture and beat on medium low for about one minute. Add eggs, buttermilk, baking soda and vanilla and beat for another minute on medium speed.
Spread into the 13×9 prepared cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cake.
Prepare the frosting. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring butter, cocoa powder, and Coca Cola to JUST boiling. Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour over cake and spread quickly.
Allow the cake to cool.

Chocolate Cherry Coca Cola Cake | Meagan Makes Cupcakes
We put a spin on the classic Coca Cola cake layering it with cherry filling and fresh whipped cream!
Ingredients:
Chocolate Cake mix
chocolate pudding mix
1/2 c oil
11/2 c coca cola
3 eggs
3- 31/2 T corn starch
1/2 c sugar
2 c thawed sour cherries
whipped cream with powdered sugar-
sour straws

Coca Cola Cake
The day is finally here for the Coke Cake Recipe!
Here's the recipe:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup Coke
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups small marshmallows
Combine sugar, flour, soda. In a large saucepan heat the Coke, cocoa, butter. Add flour mixture; then add beaten eggs marshmallows and butter milk. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes in a 9X 13 pan than has been greased and floured (or sprayed with Baker's Joy.)
Frosting
1 stick Butter
6 T (3oz) Coke
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Cups of powdered sugar
2 Cups of chopped pecans
heat stick of butter, coke, cocoa, and vanilla until hot; add powdered sugar and nuts.
