Thought I'd try something different and fun by making food seen in Anime.
Here's a parfait recipe that even Gintoki would love!

RECIPE (adapted from -

Oreo Cookie crumb layer:

1 package or 36 Oreo cookies
6 tbsp melted butter

1. In a food processor, grind cookies into crumbs.
2. Transfer crumbs into a bowl and add the melted butter. Stir until well combined.

Cream cheese layer:

1 package cream cheese (or 8 ounces), softened at room temperature
2 tbsp milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar

1. In a bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese.
2. Add milk and sugar and blend until smooth.

Chocolate pudding layer:

1 packet instant chocolate pudding mix (I used Dr. Oetker Pudding Supreme)
2 cups cold milk

Follow instructions on the box.
or
In a bowl, blend the pudding mix with milk using an electric mixer for 3 min, until thick and smooth.

Assembling the parfait:

Using 5-10 dessert cups, start with the oreo layer on the bottom. I alternated the oreo and cream cheese layers until I got to the top of the cup.
At the top add the pudding layer.
Add whatever toppings you like. I used whipped cream, chocolate syrup, chocolate chips, strawberries and pocky sticks.
