1 cup fresh cherries ( halved & pitted )
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
4 pcs eggs ( separated )
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup raw coconut sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
5 tbsp unsalted butter

BAKING SODA - 1/4 TSP

Baking powder – ½ tsp
Baking Soda – ½ tsp
Curd – 60 ml
Water – 30 ml
Vanilla Essence – ½ tsp
