How To make Chocolate Cake with Amaretti
2 oz butter
3 eggs, separated
6 amaretti, crushed
2 oz cocoa
3 oz sugar
1/2 pint single cream (light cream?)
cream butter and egg yolks until pale then stir in amaretti, cocoa, sugar and cream. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold them in. Butter a small loaf pan, pour in mixture and put tin in baking pan filled with hot water. Bake at 425 degrees F for 40 minutes. Cool in tin.

white chocolate and amaretti bundt cake
This super easy mix and bake cake is great for any occasion.
Ingredients:
1. 2 cups (300g) self-raising flour, sifted
2. 1 cup (220g) caster sugar
3. 250g (8.8 oz) white chocolate, melted
4. 185g (6 oz) unsalted butter, melted
5. 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) milk
6. 3 eggs
7. 1 tsp vanilla extarct
8. 2 cups (160g) crushed amaretti biscuits
9. 2 tbsp finely crushed amaretti biscuits, extra
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Spray 3-litre capacity bundt tin with non-stick cooking spray. Place the flour, sugar, chocolate, butter, milk, eggs and vanilla extract in a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour half the mixture into a prepared bundt tin, sprinkle with the crushed amaretti and pour over the remaining cake mixture. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until skewer inserted into center comes out clean. Once baked place the tin onto a wire rack and allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes in the tin. Gently remove the tin and allow the cake to cool slightly before dusting with the extra finely crushed amaretti biscuits to serve. Makes 8-10 serves.

Ricetta della torta di amaretti fatta in casa, un dolce da forno originale semplice e veloce da realizzare per gli amanti del gusto e del profumo tipico degli amaretti.

La Torta di Amaretti è una ricetta perfetta quando serve un'idea per un dolce da servire in ogni occasione. Pochi semplici ingredienti da amalgamare velocemente tre cui 100 grammi di amaretti da sbriciolare nell'impasto.
Con una frusta elettrica si sbattono le uova e si aggiungono lo zucchero, il burro, il latte e quindi gli amaretti che io ho sbriciolato aiutandomi con un passa verdure per farli della giusta consistenza, poi si aggiunge un po alla volta la farina e alla fine il lievito.
L'impasto va sistemato in una teglia unta e infarinata, oppure in uno stampo al silicone e si inforna a 180° per circa 30/35 minuti.
Il risultato sarà una torta profumatissima e soffice, ideale per accompagnare il tè o il caffè.
INGREDIENTI: 3 uova, 100g di amaretti, 170g di zucchero, 140g di burro, 250g di farina, 200ml di latte, 1 bustina di lievito vanigliato.

Sponge
Preheat oven to 170C fan assisted (190C non fan)
250g soft butter
250g caster sugar
zest of 1 lemon

250g self raising flour
pinch of salt
2 tbsp lemon
½ tsp vanilla extract
Amaretto Cream
300g double cream
4 tbsp Amaretto liqueur
1 tbsp icing sugar, sifted
