A very tasty and healthy recipe made from gram flour or besan is Besan ka chilla. This is a widely used breakfast recipe and healthy also.
Multiple ways to make this recipe, but in this video, we have used the mixture of Besan and Rava (Sooji) to make this little crispy. And we have not mixed the veggies into the batter.
We have filled the stuffing separately and make a healthy Besan ka Chilla. You can fill the veggies as per your choice. Good for kids also.

Ingredients for
Bajra Masala Poori
Pearl Millets Flour - बाजरा का आटा - 1 Cup (150 grams)
Potato - आलू - 3, boiled (200 grams)
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1/2 tsp
Carom Seeds - अजवाइन - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/4 tsp
Sesame Seeds - तिल - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 2, finely chopped
Red Chilli Flakes - कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - अदरक - 1 tsp, grated
Coriander Leaves - धनिया - 2 - 3 tsp

Oil for Frying
How to prepare Bajra Masala Poori?
1. Take 3-boiled potatoes, peel, and grate them.
2. Add grated potatoes to 1 cup bajra flour.
3. Add add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp carom seeds, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 2-chopped chilis, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp grated ginger, and 2-3 tsp of coriander leaves to the flour.
4. Add water gradually and prepare a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes to set
5. Apply oil to your hands and punch the dough a little and break it into small lumps.
6. Roll the dough lumps into a slightly thick poori.
7. Fry the pooris in medium-high hot oil over medium flame.
8. Fry all the pooris till golden brown from both sides.
