Assalam walekum everyone try this amazing Lebanese lemon chicken recipe at your home
???? Ingredients ????
???? boneless chicken 400 gm
????salt 1/2 TSP
????black pepper powder 1/2 TSP
???? green chilli 4 piece+ garlic 5-6 paste
????soya sauce 1 TSP
???? honey 1 TSP
???? lemon juice 3-4 TSP
????corn flour 2 TSP
????oil 3 TSP
???? sweet corn 1/4 cup
???? chopped green beans 1/4 cup
???? butter 1 TSP
???? Method ????
????step :-1 Marinate the chicken with salt,papper, green chilli and garlic paste, lemon juice,honey,soya sauce,corn flour and leave aside for 5-6 hrs.
????step:-2 take a pan add oil now place the chicken into the pan and cook it for 7-8 mins from one side and another 7-8 mins from another side ,in low flame,after 25 mins switch the flame high and cook it for another 3 mins until it become golden brown.
????step:- 3 chicken is ready to surve
????step :-4 In that pan only add butter, chopped beans, sweet corn,salt ,papper cook it for 7-8 mins in medium flame and surve it in a plate and enjoy.

Lebanese Chicken Recipe with Tabbouleh | Lemon & Garlic Chicken
In this new recipe for Lebanese Lemon and Garlic Chicken with Tabbouleh salad, you’ll learn how to get the most tender, juicy and succulent chicken imaginable. As well as learning some secrets on how to make tabbouleh salad, this recipe is fresh, fragrant and delicious.
The Lebanese chicken recipe, can be grilled, fried or roasted and it can be served with rice, potatoes or this tabbouleh. The tabbouleh recipe, can be adapted in so many ways, you could use quinoa or bulgar wheat instead of cous cous, and serve it as a salad, main dish or a side dish, however you like. This Lebanese roasted chicken is so delicious, it’s flavoured with garlic, lemon and spices like smoked paprika, cumin, coriander (cilantro), black pepper, thyme and bay leaves. You could also cook it on a BBQ for a Lebanese charcoal chicken style, or shred it and have it in a Lebanese chicken salad.

LEBANESE CHICKEN RECIPE
6 x pieces of chicken (drumsticks, thighs)
1/2 bulb of garlic or 8 cloves
The juice of 3 lemons (1/2 cup / 125ml)
2 tablespoons or 30ml of olive oil
2 x teaspoons of smoked paprika
1 x teaspoon of ground cumin
1 x teaspoon of ground coriander
1 x teaspoon of cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of dried chilli flakes
1 x teaspoon of fresh or dried thyme leaves
4 x bay leaves
1 x teaspoon of salt
Dash of olive oil
1. Peel the garlic and juice the lemons
2. Add them to a blender and blend until you have a smooth liquid.
3. Then add the olive oil and all the herbs and spices listed in the ingredients, give it a mix with a spoon and add the marinade to the chicken.
4. Place into ziplock bags or leave in the bowl to marinate from 1 hour to ideally 24 hours.
5. When you’re ready to cook your chicken, preheat your oven to 190C / 375F, take the chicken out of the marinade and place it onto a roasting tray. Keep the marinade to one side for a mid-cook baste.
6. Roast the chicken for around 45 minutes or until well cooked and falling off the bone.
TABBOULEH
300g / 2 cups cous cous (could also be bulgar wheat or quinoa)
1 large bunch of parsley (80g when picked)
30 mint leaves
1 x cucumber
1 x small red onion or 1/2 a large one
5/6 tomatoes
1-3 lemons juiced
Olive oil
Salt to taste
1. Place the cous cous in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, a good drizzle of olive oil and mix well so each grain is coated in oil.
2. Pour enough boiling water over the cous cous to just cover it. Place a lid on and leave it to sit for at least 20 minutes.
3. Whilst you’re waiting for that to cook finely chop all the herbs and vegetables, de-seed the cucumber of tomatoes so the tabbouleh doesn’t come out too wet in the end.
4. Once the cous cous is ready, fluff it up with a fork or spoon, let it cool then add all the chopped vegetables and herbs, mix well, taste for seasoning a serve.

LEMON CHICKEN

Ingredients
For Primary Marination
1 kg Chicken (thigh & drumstick) चिकन
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
2 tbsp Lemon juice, नींबू का रस
For Ginger Garlic Paste
4 no. Green chillies, less spicy, हरी मिर्च
1 inch Ginger, roughly slice, अदरक
7-8 Garlic cloves, roughly chopped, लहसुन
1 tsp Oil, तेल
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
For Second Marination
Primary Marinated Chicken, मैरिनेटेड चिकन
Prepared Ginger Garlic Paste, तैयार किया हुआ अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
⅓ cup Curd, beaten, दही
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
For Tempering
1 ½ tbsp Oil, तेल
2 Bay leaf, तेजपत्ता
2 Green cardamom, हरी इलायची
Marinated Chicken मैरिनेटेड चिकन
¼ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर
Little water, पानी
1 tsp Cornstarch slurry, कॉर्नस्टार्च का घोल
1 tsp Lemon juice, नींबू का रस
few Lemon zest, नींबू के छिलके
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता
For Masala
15-20 no. Black peppercorns, काली मिर्च के दाने
½ tsp Cumin seeds, जीरा
5 no. Green cardamom, हरी इलायची
1 Clove, लौंग
A pinch of fenugreek seeds, मेथी दाना
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
For Garnish
A pinch of Prepared Masala, तैयार किया हुआ मसाला
Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता
Lemon wedge, नींबू की फांक
Process
For First Marination
In a bowl, add chicken, salt to taste, lemon juice and mix it well. Rest it for 15-20 minutes.
Squeeze out the excess water from the chicken.
Keep it aside for further use.
For Ginger Garlic Paste
In a bowl, add green chillies, ginger, garlic, oil and salt to taste.
Transfer it to a grinder jar and grind into a smooth paste.
Keep it aside for further use.
For Second Marination
In the same bowl, add primary marinated Chicken,prepared ginger garlic paste, curd, salt to taste and mix everything well.
Keep it aside for further use.
For Tempering
In a handi or lagan, add oil, once it's hot, add bay leaf, black cardamom and let it splutter.
Add marinated chicken and saute it for a minute.
Cover it with the lid and cook it for 7-8 minutes or until tender on moderate heat.
Add turmeric powder and saute, add little water, cornstarch slurry, lime juice, lemon zest and get a quick boil.
Finish it with some coriander leaves.
Transfer it to a serving dish and sprinkle some prepared masala.
Garnish it with coriander sprig and lemon wedge.
Serve hot.
For Masala
In a small pan, add black peppercorns, cumin seeds, green cardamom, cloves, fenugreek seeds, salt to taste and dry roast them on moderate heat for a minute.
Transfer it to a grinder jar and make a coarse mixture.
Keep it aside for further use.

METHOD
INGREDIENTS
1.First we need to marinate chicken
Take chicken - 1/2 kilo
To it add
Yogurt - 100 gram
Lemon juice - of two lemons
Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste - 3 teaspoon
Salt as required
Chopped coriander leaves
Mix it well and marinate for 30 minutes
2.Heat oil - 2 tablespoon
To it add
Chopped ginger - 1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic - 1 teaspoon
Onion chopped - 1/2
Green chili - 1 chopped
3.Now add the marinated chicken pieces and roast till dry and color changes to golden brown
4.Make a slurry of corn flour by mixing 1/2 glass water with 1/2 teaspoon of corn flour and add it to roasted chicken
5.Add
Fresh cream - 2 tablespoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilies - 2
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Lemon - 1/2
Mix well and the recipe is ready
