How To make Chicken and Pineapples(Hl)
1 pound skinless
boneless chicken
:
breasts 3 cloves garlic minced
4 teaspoons oil
1 cup thinly sliced red pepper
1 cup diced zucchini
8 ounces pineapple chunks :
in juice
3 tablespoons balsamic(or red wine) vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons flour
Drain pineapples and save the juice in a separate bowl. Heat oil in large cooking pan. Saute garlic in oil (1-2 minutes). Add chicken strips to the oil and brown chicken on all sides, turning frequently (4-6 minutes). Add diced zucchini and sliced red pepper to the pan and continue cooking until the vegetables become tender (3 minutes). Combine pineapple juice, vinegar, flour, sugar and pepper in a jar and shake until blended. Pour over chicken vegetable combo in the pan and continue cooking. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently until sauce thickens (5-7 minutes). Stir in pineapples. Heat for only one more minute and serve.

[Thai Style Chicken Thigh]
2 pieces Chicken Thigh
2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
10g Ginger (crushed)
1 stalk Lemongrass (finely minced)
1 stalks Chinese parsley (finely chopped)
1-2 Chilli padi (chopped)
2 tbsp Fish sauce
½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Brown sugar
Juice from 1 lime
Garnish with lime wedges
[5 Spice Roast Chicken Thigh]
2 pieces Chicken Thigh
2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
10g Ginger (crushed)
½ tbsp Hua Tiao Wine
½ tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
½ tsp Sesame oil
½ tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Five spice powder
½ tsp White pepper powder
[Mala Roast Chicken Thigh]
2 pieces Chicken Thigh
2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
10g Ginger (crushed)
2 tbsp Mala paste
1 tsp Black vinegar
1 tbsp Hua Tiao Wine
½ tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste

Garlic (लहसुन) - 1 Whole
Ginger (अदरक) - 1 Big Size
Mint (पुदीना) - 1/4 Cup
Coriander (धनिया) - 1/2 Cup
Chicken (मुर्गी) - 2 Kg
Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
Lemon Juice ( नींबू का रस ) - 1 Tbs
Curd (दही) - 1/2 Cup
FOR BASMATI RICE
Water (पानी) - 6 Cup

Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - 10 to 12
Green Cardamom (हरी इलायची) - 6 to 8
Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता) - 4 Small Size

Ghee (घी) - 2 Tbs

Grilled Pineapple
Ingredients:
- Fresh ripe pineapple
- 5 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 shots dark rum
- Icecream
- Mint for decoration
How To:
- Mix the ingredients for the marinade, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, rum.
- Slice the pineapple
- marinate the pineapple for 1/2 hour
- Grill the pineapple over direct heat. (not to hot)
- Brush on more marinate while grilling
- When the pineapple turn soft its done
- Place it on a plate and drop a large scoop of ice cream in the middle.
