Here's a super easy beginner friendly recipe for my southern chicken salad!!

Ingredients
1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken (chopped)
1/2-1 Cup chopped Celery
1/2-1 Cup chopped Onions
3-6 Tbsp Sweet salad cubes or relish
1-2 Cups Mayonnaise
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Slap ya Mama Seasoning
1 tsp lemon juice

**Adjust ingredients to your liking**

Like many events in the Cajun and Creole communities, food is a central focus on Valentine’s day. The fellas and the ladies are making special dishes for their loves. Over the next week we are going to prepare a special Valentine’s Day breakfast, lunch, dinner & dessert that’ll hit the spot. Try one or all this Valentine’s Day.

For LUNCH it’s a quick and easy Chicken Salad. This is a dish you can make the day before. You can package and send to work for a delicious lunch. If you’re pampering that special someone -- Put a big scoop between a croissant or the bread of your choices.
