Ingredients:
For the chicken:
3 Chicken breasts, skinless
1-2 tablespoons Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
For the salad:
2-3 Celery stalks, chopped
1/2 Green apple, chopped
3 Green onions, chopped
1/4 Red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
4-5 leaves Lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup (45g) Almonds, chopped or any other nuts
1/2 cup (65g) Dried cranberries/raisins
For the dressing:
4 tablespoons Mayonnaise, low fat
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt, low fat
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and paprika. Place the chicken in the bowl and mix until full coated. Let marinate for 1 hour (optional).
2. Heat a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside to cool, while preparing the vegetables.
3. To a large bowl add chopped celery, chopped apple, cranberries, chopped green onion, chopped red onion, chopped parsley, chopped almonds, chopped lettuce.
4. Cut chicken breast into small pieces and add to the salad.
5. Make the dressing: in a small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients and well combined.
6. Add the dressing to the salad and mix.
7. Serve!

Macaroni salad ay isa uri ng pasta salad na sineserve na malamig na may sangkap na elbow macaroni and usually meron itong mayonaise na mas pinasarap pa ng ibang sangkap gaya ng raisins.carrot at iba pa.Para na rin itong potato salad o kaya naman coleslaw na madalas ipinapartner bilang side dish ng barbecue or fried chicken.Pero madalas itong nakikita sa mga handaang pinoy lalo sa mga ganitong holiday seasons.Madali at napakasarap na dish na uulit ulitin sa sarap.Merry Christmas and a Happy New year!

Prepare Grilled Chicken:
-Dahi (Yogurt) thick 3-4 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs
-Chicken fillets 2
-Olive oil 1 tbs
Prepare Salad Dressing:
-Mustard paste 1 & ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
-Olive oil 2 tbs
Prepare Salad:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & cubes 1 Cup
-Kheera (Cucumber) sliced 1 Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Cup
-Iceberg 2-3 Cups
-Mong phalli (Peanuts) roasted 3-4 tbs (optional)
-Fresh parsley chopped
-Mong phalli (Peanuts)
Directions:
Prepare Grilled Chicken:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,tikka masala & whisk well.
-Add chicken fillets & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-Grease cast iron grill pan with olive oil,add chicken fillets along with remaining marinade,cover & cook on low flame for 6-7 minutes then flip,cover & cook for 6-7 minutes then cook on medium flame from both sides until done.
-Let it rest for 5 minutes,cut into slices & set aside.
Prepare Salad Dressing:
-In a bowl,add mustard paste,salt,black pepper crushed,lemon juice,vinegar,olive oil & whisk well.Salad dressing is ready!
Prepare Salad:
-In a bowl,add tomatoes,cucumber,onion,iceberg,prepared salad dressing 2 tbs or as required, peanuts & toss well.
-Serve salad with grilled chicken,garnish with fresh parsley & peanuts!

-Bowl mein dahi,adrak lehsan paste,lemon juice aur tikka masala dal ler ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken fillets dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Cast iron grill pan ko olive oil sa grease karein,marinated fillets ko remaining marinade ka saath dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 6-7 minutes kliya paka lein phir flip karein aur dhak ker 6-7 minutes kliya paka lein aur darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa paka lein.
-5 minute kliya rest dein,slices mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Salad Dressing:
-Bowl mein mustard paste,namak,kali mirch crushed,lemon juice,sirak aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Salad dressing tayyar hai.
Prepare Salad:
-Bowl mein tamatar,kheera,pyaz,iceberg,tayyar salad dressing 2 tbs or as required aur mong phalli dal ker ache tarhan toss ker lein.
-Salad ko grilled chicken ka saath serve karein,fresh parsley & mong phalli sa garnish ker lein.
