Smothered Sour Cream Chicken

So here ya go.
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup Parmesan, freshly grated, divided
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt, freshly ground
1/2 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
Green Onions, chopped, for garnish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray or oil
Mix sour cream with 3/4 of Parmesan cheese, oregano, thyme, basil and garlic powder together in small bowl.
Lay your chicken breasts in baking dish, top each with a slice of Pepper Jack cheese and coat the top of the chicken with the sour cream mixture.
Divide evenly and top with the remaining Parmesan.
Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Make sure internal temperature is 165°

2 chicken breast
30g (1.05 oz) butter
1 tbsp olive oil
50g (1.76 oz) flour
4 garlic cloves
60g (2.12 oz) honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp dry white wine
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Bunch green onions

Mozzarella Chicken Breast in Sour Cream

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
Cut the mozzarella piece in half, vertically.
Slice it in six medium pieces.
Take each chicken breast and carve it six times on one side, until you almost reach the other side.
In each of the carved spots, place a slice of mozzarella, a slice of cherry tomato, and a basil leaf.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Pour the sour cream in a saucepan.
Sprinkle fresh dill on the sour cream.
Place the two chicken breasts on the sour cream.
Cook in the oven for 35 minutes.
