Do you want a delicious and inexpensive meal at home for a special evening or for guests? Something that looks like a 5-star restaurant dinner? These breasts are wonderful, and you can serve them hot like turkey, or at room temperature, even cold as sandwiches or snacks.
How to make rolled chicken so it's easy to share and cut? Here is the perfect recipe. New, delicious and very easy to prepare; You can freeze it prepared and cook it on other occasions. You can serve it cold, add it to salads, sandwiches and it goes a long way. 2 whole breasts, makes 4 servings. These breasts are wonderful to make, find out in your market if they bring them glued, that is, before cutting them to sell them. In this way they are a single piece to roll up. Better than a turkey breast, at half the price.
Massala Chicken Roll

2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons rosemary
2 tablespoons raisin (grapes or cherries)
1 1/2 teaspoon curry or Bombay Massala
1/2 teaspoon salt

INGREDIENTS:
●4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
●1 (6 inch) smoked turkey sausage link, sliced
●1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
●1 small onion, chopped
●3 cloves garlic, minced
●3/4 cup chopped dried apples
●1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
●1 tablespoon dried parsley
●2 teaspoons dried chives
●1 cup chicken stock
●1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients (enough for 3kg of chicken or turkey, make as much as you need):
¼ cup fresh herbs (marjoram, sage, thyme, oregano, rosemary)
8 slices stale white bread
1 tbs olive oil
40g butter
50g granny smith apple chopped into 1cm cubes
50g packet cranberries
50g coarsely chopped pecan nuts. Chopped walnuts or pistachio nuts also work well
½ tsp salt
½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
¼ cup milk, chicken stock, cranberry juice or apple juice
Extra butter on top if you choose to bake in on its own in the oven (180c/350f for 30 mins)

Ingredients:
For the dressing:
1/4 cup (60ml) Olive oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon White/Red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
For the salad:
1 batch Kale, stems removed
2 tablespoons Chopped almonds
2 tablespoons Chopped pecans
1/4 cup Cranberries
1 Avocado, cut into cubes
Directions:
1. Make the dressing: in a small bowl whisk olive oil. Vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
2. Remove kale stems, as shown in the video. Then, thinly slice the kale and place in the bowl.
3. Pour half of the dressing to the bowl with the kale leaves. Using your hands, massage the leaves until they become soft and wilted.
4. Add chopped almonds, pecans, cranberries, avocado. Add the rest of the dressing and toss to combine
5. Serve.
