1 1/2 lb Chicken drumsticks and
-thighs 1/3 c Gold Medal all-purpose
-flour 2 tb Vegetable oil can
1 cn (8 ounces) stewed tomatoes,
-undrained 3/4 c Water
1/2 c Uncooked regular long grain
-rice 1 sm Onion, chopped small clove
-garlic, chopped 1 t Dried oregano leaves
1/2 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 pk (10 ounces) frozen green
-peas 1/4 c Chopped green bell pepper
3 tb Sliced pimiento stuffed
-olives -Grated Parmesan cheese
Coat chicken with flour. Heat oil in Dutch oven until hot. Cook chicken in oil over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until brown on all sides; drain. Heat oven to 350!. Mix tomatoes, water, rice, onion, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Arrange chicken in casserole.
Cover; bake 30 minutes. Stir in peas, bell pepper and olives. Cover; bake 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with cheese. 4 servings.

The rice in this recipe is very delicious! It's buttery and garlicky, tender but not mushy. The secret tip is to briefly bake onion with garlic and butter before adding the rice, liquids and chicken - it adds a great flavor base!
Ingredients
7 chicken thighs
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp. Tony Chachere's creole seasoning
1 dry parsley
1 tsp paprika
2 cups chopped onion and bell peppers
2 garlic cloves
2 cups jasmine rice
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 tbsps. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients
- 750g Raw Chicken Breast cut into cubes
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tap Salt & Pepper
- 1 Whole Lime Juice
- 2 tsp Olive Oil for cooking
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 100g Black Beans (Brand: Freshona)
- 210g Washed Uncooked Basmati Rice
- 1 tsp of each seasoning used previously
- 300ml Water or chicken stock for more flavour

Important Cooking Notes
- When you add the uncooked rice, let it toast with the spices for 1-2 mins to enhance flavours
- After adding the water, mix well then cover and simmer on low heat for 12-15 mins. Stir halfway to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan
- Add the chicken and mix in with coriander

Ingredients and step by step instructions
One whole chicken cut up and the skin removed
Marinate the chicken with the following ingredients:
One tbsp of lemon juice
One tbsp of vinegar
Three tbsps of olive oil
Salt to taste, and one tbsp each of cumin, paprika, and a half a tsp each of black pepper and turmeric
Thyme
In an oven safe pan, add the following ingredients
Onions (200 grams)
Bell peppers (150 grams)
Tomatoes (250 grams)
Carrots (150 grams)
One tbsp of garlic
One fourth of a cup of parsley
Cardamom and cloves
Cinnamon sticks
Add the chicken on top of the vegetables
Add two cups of water
Cover the pan with parchment paper and aluminum foil
Place in a preheated oven
Bake for 40 minutes at an oven temperature of 400°f, 200°C.
After 40 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and take out the chicken
Add the following ingredients to the pan
Three cups of washed and soaked basmati rice
Hot peppers
One tsp each of salt, vegetable bouillon, cumin, paprika, and black pepper
Half a cup of sweet peas
Cover with water
For every cup of rice, add one and a half cups of water
Put the chicken back in the pan
Put the pan back in the oven using the same temperature
Bake at an oven temperature of 400°f, 200°c for 30 minutes.
Garnish with parsley
