1 Broiler; cut up, or Chicken breasts 1 cn Cream of chicken soup 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup 1 cn Mushroom pieces 1 Bell pepper; slice 1 Onion; slice 1 ds Salt 1 ds Pepper 1 ds Garlic powder 1/2 c White wine Place chicken in crockpot. 2 lbs chicken thighs 4 pita of choice 5 cloves garlic 1/2 shallot 1/4 cup yogurt 2 Tbsp olive oil Zest and juice of a lemon Seasonings: 1 packet Sazon 1 tsp chipotle chili powder 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp cumin Salt to taste
Bake for 20 minutes at 400F, flip and finish at 425F ~ took about 10-15 more minutes
Finish with tomato red onion or any pickles you like!

Spicy Garlic Chicken Recipe: Marination: Chicken (Boneless cubes) - 300 grams Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Lemon Juice - ½ no Salt - ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Other Ingredients: Oil - 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped) - 3 tbsp Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp Salt - ¼ tsp Tomato Ketchup - ¼ Cup Soy Sauce - 1 tsp Water - ¼ Cup Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tbsp
Cooking Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken with all the required ingredients. Set aside for 10 minutes. 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes, flipping it occasionally. Set this aside. 3. Heat oil in another pan. Add the garlic and saute on medium heat until golden brown. Add water, red chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, ketchup and soy sauce. 4. Add the chicken and cook until the sauce coats the chicken well. 5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
