Hello, today we want to make upside down cake with sour cherry. First, we separate the sour cherry kernel.
My sour cherries are red, some sour cherries are darker
Pour half a cup of brown sugar and three tablespoons of sour cherry syrup on the sour cherries and leave for 15 minutes until they become juicy. After fifteen minutes, they become juicy.
We put greaseproof paper inside the mold and apply butter or oil to it with a brush. We pour sour cherries on it and spread it. If we want it to be completely covered with sour cherries after baking, like the raspberry cake we taught earlier. We should use dark sour cherries or pour more sour cherries.
Mix one and a half cups of flour and one and a half tablespoons of baking powder and set aside.
Put three eggs in a bowl.
Add half a cup of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla and mix. Add half a cup of oil. We have half a cup of water. Add half of it and half of the dry ingredients and mix. At the end, we add the remaining water and dry ingredients.
We pour the cake ingredients in the mold on the cherries and steam it for an hour.
I do not have a professional steamer. I use a steel basket and a pot for cooking. So if you don't have a steamer, don't worry because you don't need a professional steamer at all.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake Simple and Easy
Pineapple upside down cake is so delicious. We have simplified it so much that you can make it in about an hour. If you have fresh pineapple by all means use it, but we simple use the rings you can buy in the can. They fit perfectly into a 9 inch cake pan. As always, you can alter the recipe according to your liking. For example if you want it a little sweeter, add more sugar. If you're diet conscious, add a little less.

Due to the simplicity of the recipe, it's great when friends suddenly show up for dinner. The kids will love it as well. It keeps nicely for a few days. I never put mine in the fridge as the edges tend to get hard. Simply leave it covered on the counter at room temperature. Watch the video and let us know what you think.
