396 7/8 g Whole Wheat Flour 170 1/8 g White Flour 300 ml Milk and Watermix 1 ts Honey 1 pk Yeast 1 ts Salt Mixed Herbs 12 sl Cheese (Your choice) 1.Mahe a yeastdough and let it rise. 2.Roll out dough thinly and cut into 12 squares. 3.Put a slice of cheese on each square and sprinkle some mixed herbs over all. 4.Roll up the squares from one side into little horns, bend a little. 5.Put them on a cookiesheet and let them rise once more. 6.Brush with a little milk and bake at 325 C ca. 25 minutes. Chocolate Cinnamon Buns
These are delicious, light, chocolaty and sweet cinnamon buns ! I made them using my sweet bread recipe. The basic cinnamon filling is always yummy , but for chocolate lovers this is the way to go! You can even fill your buns with raspberry jam and almonds or any other filling you may like . I made a plain icing but if you want a richer icing just add in some butter and cream cheese. Make sure you drizzle on the icing while the buns are warm and also enjoy them while they are freshly baked and warm out of the oven ! Cream Cheese Horns adalah kudapan atau makanan selingan yang terbuat dari golongan pastry dengan kulit yang berlapis -lapis.
untuk mendapatkan kulit pastry yang berlapis memang di butuhkan waktu tidak sebentar dengan kesabaran , namun hasil nya pasti sangat memuaskan.
untuk kulit pastry yang berlapis di butuhkan bahan yaitu KORSVET , sejenis lemak dengan texture lebih keras di banding mentega dan lebih pekat.
bahan kulit pastry : 250 gr terigu protein tinggi 50 gr margarine 1 telur 20 gr ( 3 sendok makan ) gula 10 gr garam ( 1,5 sendok teh ) 100 ml air es 150 gr korsvet ( di bagi 3 bagian )
cara membuat : campur semua bahan ( kecuali korsvet ) uleni hingga kalis.simpan di dalam kulkas 15 menit. 1.giling adonan memanjang, olesi korsvet .lipat menjadi 3 bagian, simpan di dalam kulkas 15 menit. 2.keluarlan adonan & ulangi lagi seperti no.1 hingga 3 kali pengolesan korsvet
Giling tipis 1,5 cm iris memanjang dan lilitkan pada ujung cetakan horn , tarik memutar hingga mulut loyang horn. oles dengan kuning telur & taburi keju parut. oven dengan suhu 190 derajat celcius selama 30 menit.
