What's For Dinner #40 | Easy Family Friendly WW (Weight Watchers) Recipes | SHEET PAN FAJITAS I show some of the easy WW (Weight Watchers) friendly meals that we had this week. I also show my personal points for each meal. Sheet Pan Fajitas
16 oz, Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
2 medium, Uncooked bell peppers, cut into strips
1 medium, Uncooked red onion, chopped
2 Tbsp Fajita seasoning mix The one I use
1⁄8 cup Olive oil
8 tortillas (I use Pueblo Lindo White corn tortillas)
In a large bowl, add chicken, onions, peppers, olive oil and fajita seasoning and mix until well coated. Pour onto foil lined cookie sheet and spread out evenly. Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F. The last few minutes of cook time, let tortillas wrapped in foil warm in the oven. Spread 1/4 of the fajita mixture on 2 tortillas. I top mine with salsa, ff greek yogurt, cilantro, avocado. I also squeeze fresh lime juice on top.

Pigs in a blanket:
1 1/8 cup self rising flour, divided
8 turkey hot dogs
8 slices of Velveta cheese slices
1 egg, beaten
everything bagel seasoning
Mix 1 cup flour and yogurt together until they form a dough. Knead on a floured surface for 2-5 minutes. Cut dough into 8 equal pieces, roll out each piece into a triangular shape. Place cheese slice and hot dog on widest part of dough and roll up. Brush beaten egg on dough and sprinkle with the bagel seasoning. Cook in air fryer at 400 for about 4 minutes. To bake them in the oven, place on a prepared cookie sheet, bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.

Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Quinoa:
16 oz fresh or frozen broccoli, steamed
1 cup dry quinoa, cooked
8 oz diced, cooked chicken breast
1 1/2 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
2 cups almond or skim milk
1/3 cup greek yogurt
2 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp light margarine or butter spread (I like Brummel and Brown).
salt and pepper to taste
Steam broccoli and set aside. Melt butter spread in large pan on medium heat. Once melted, whisk in flour and cook for about a minute. Add milk and whisk well, continuing to cook on medium heat until it starts to thicken. Once thickened, add in quinoa, chicken and broccoli, stir well. Add in greek yogurt and about 1 cup of the cheese. Add pepper and salt to taste. Pour in a prepared casserole dish, top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.

In today's video, I'm sharing some of my favorite top low-point food items that help me lose weight on WW. Please note many of these products are processed items that are low-point foods on WW (Weight Watchers). I strive for eating a well-balanced diet, rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, but these are products that have saved me from eating higher-point, higher-calorie foods along my weight loss journey as I become a healthier version of myself. Some of these are staples and some are just low-point, low-calorie items that I wanted to share with you. You can find many of these items on Amazon or your local grocery store.
NOTE!! Many of these are processed foods. I am certainly not suggesting anyone go out and purposely buy these to lose weight. These are suggestions for those who are just starting out and those who are already eating processed items. These are alternatives as you transition and are definitely not meant to eat on a daily basis. So if you are one who eats 100% clean, this video will most likely not appeal to you.
You don't need to be on any type of weight loss journey to get tips and ideas from my Weight Watchers (WW) videos! Counting points may not be for everyone, but for some, it's a way to slowly transition to intuitive eating and a healthy lifestyle.

Self Rising Flour Recipe
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
This recipe is a total game changer! These 2-ingredient bagels are soft and delicious and incredibly easy to make! All you need to make these bagels are self-rising flour and plain Greek yogurt! Once you have the base recipe down you can add tons of different flavors! Personally I adore everything bagels so today I used my homemade everything seasoning blend to make these! Enjoy!
