EASY HOMEMADE CHEESE SAUCE RECIPE | NACHO CHEESE SAUCE RECIPE
HI EVERYONE! If you're wondering how to make a homemade cheese sauce, you're in the right place! This cheese is perfect for nachos, fries, and dips! Try at home :)
CHEESE SAUCE:
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk (120ml)
- 50gr Cheddar cheese

Nacho Cheese Sauce is ridiculously easy to make, and tastes so much better than store bought. Enjoy it as a dip or on a plate of nachos.

• 2 tablespoons salted butter
• 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
• 1 cup milk
• 8 ounces cheddar cheese or processed American cheese
• ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

4️⃣ 01:48 - Reduce the heat to low and add in cheese.

3 tbsp (20 g) nutritional yeast flakes
2 tbsp (15 g) tapioca flour OR arrowroot flour/starch
1/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
