Mixed-In Bacon Cheddar Burger
2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® ground beef (80/20)
1 large onion, finely diced (2 cups)
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ancho chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
8 ounces thick cut bacon, hand diced 1/8-inch
4 ounces grated cheddar
6 onion burger buns

Ingredients
FOR PATTY
Sirloin Tip Roast 36 Ounce
Chuck Roast 36 Ounce
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Cayenne 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Cheddar cheese slice 6
FOR SRIRACHA SAUCE
Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Green onion 5 , chopped and grilled
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Pepper To Taste
FOR OTHER INGREDIENTS
Melted butter 4 Tablespoon
Buns 6 , cut in half
Butter lettuce leaves 6
Tomato slice 6
Onion slice 1 , separated into rings
Bacon strips 24 , cooked
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Ground chuck and sirloin meat in a meat grinder.
2. Make 6 patties and let them rest.
3. Prepare sriracha mayo sauce by mixing together mayonnaise, sour cream, sriracha, green onions, lemon juice, honey and salt and pepper. Put it in the refrigerator to chill.
4. Prepare the grill for cooking.
MAKING
5. Season the patties with salt, pepper and cayenne.
6. Place the patties on the grill and let them cook. Season the top side with salt, pepper and cayenne and brush some melted butter on top.
7. Rotate the patties by 45 degrees and continue to cook.
8. Flip and butter the patties. Continue to cook until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 160 F.
9. Place cheddar cheese slices over the burger. Close the dome lid and let the cheese melt.
10. Take the patties off from the grill when they are done.
11. Brush butter on the bun. Place them on the grill and let it grill.
FINALISING
12. Spread sriracha mayonnaise over one bun half. Lay the patty on top. Then place the butter lettuce leaf and a tomato slice over the patty.
13. Top with onion rings and bacon. Seal with the other bun half.
SERVING
14. Slice and serve.

For the Burger:
1 lb ground beef or chuck
1 onion cut or sliced
Cooking oil such as olive oil or vegetable oil
6 strips thick-cut bacon (cut in half)
Hamburger buns
Cheese (everyone loves Cheddar)
For Caramelized Onions:
1 tbsp beef bouillon powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Make the bacon wave, and cook it until It's crispy (About 8 minutes)
2. Caramelize the Onion: Mix the ingredients
3. Make the burgers with ground beef.
4. Grill burgers on a medium- to high-heat barbecue grill about 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
5. top the burgers with cheese as soon as you flip them. If the cheese isn't melting fast enough, cover the pan with a lid or other dome to encourage the cheese to melt.
6. When the burgers have finished cooking, transfer them to the toasted buns and finish with the cheese and the caramelized toppings.
