Mutton Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
Mutton Chops 1KG
Salt ½ TSP
Turmeric powder ½ TSP
Ginger+garlic powder 2 TBSP
Water 300ML
For Marination
Dahi ½ Cup
Salt ½ TSP
Red Chilli powder 1 TSP
Crushed Coriander 1 TSP
Cumin Seeds 1 TSP
Garam Masala 1 TSP
Yellow Food Color ¼ TSP
Lemon Juice 1 TBSP
Green chilli chopped 2
Direction:
In a pressure cooker, add Mutton chops, Ginger+garlic paste, Salt, Turmeric powder, water, mix it well and bring it to boil.
Now cover and steam cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes open the cooker and cook until water dries.
In a bowl, add yogurt, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, crushed coriander, cumin seeds, lemon juice, yellow food color, Green chilli chopped and mix it well.
Add Boiled mutton chops and apply the mixture.
Now rest it for 30 minutes.
In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it.
Add Marinated mutton chops, cover and cook each side for 3 minutes on low flame.
Mutton chops is ready to serve.

LAMB CHOPS - 1 LB
ONION - 1
TOMATO - 1
GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 2 TBS
SALT - AS TASTE
CORIANDER POWDER - 1 TS
KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER - 1 TS
HOT CHILLI POWDER - 1 TS
TURMERIC POWDER - ½ TS
CUMIN POWDER - 1 TS
GARAM MASALA - ½ TS
GREEN CHILLIES - 4
GINGER - 1
GARLIC - 4 CLOVES
CILANTRO - AS NEEDED
YOGURT - 4 TBS
*WHOLE SPICES*
BAY LEAF - 2
CINNAMON STICK - ½

Easy Mutton Masala Chops In Air Fryer/Oven/Stove | Easy Ramadan - Iftar - Eid Recipes
Mutton Masala Chops In Air Fryer/Oven | Ramadan Air Fryer Recipe Series | Or Make Them On Eid ????
Ingredients and steps:
800g mutton chops
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sumac(optional)
1 tsp cumin powder
2 egg yolks or 1 egg(optional)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
Mix everything, add 2 tbsp oil and mix again. Coal smoke is optional. Marinate the chops for atleast 2 hours or preferably overnight in the fridge Place them in air fryer basket. Air fry at 180ºC for 20 minutes
Flip and air fry for another 20 minutes
Enjoy with fries, naan or rice ????

Fried Mutton Chops
Recipe in English
Ingredients:
- Mutton Chops ½ kg
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 2 tbs
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 ½ tsp
- Crushed Red Chilies 1 ½ tsp
- Egg 2
- Bread Crumbs 1 ½ Cup
- Carom Seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander Seeds 1 ½ tsp (Crushed)
- Water 2 Cups
- Gram Flour 2-3 tbs
- Oil for Deep Fry
Directions:
- Wash the chops and pound slightly.
- In a pan add mutton chops, water, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, crushed red chilies, carom seeds and coriander seeds and boil till water completely drained (it will be half done). Throw away precipitates if any.
- Now beat the eggs with gram flour to make a paste consistency and add all the chops with in batter. Mix well with spatula or hands.
- Coat well the chops with crumbs and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup or any of your favorite sauce.

Ajza:
- Bakray ki Chaanpaien ½ kg
- Adrak Lehsun ka Paste 2 tbsp
- Sirka 2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
- Namak to taste
- Kuti Kali Mirch 1 to 1 ½ tsp
- Kuti Lal Mirch 1 ½ tsp
- Anday 2
- Bread Crumbs 1 ½ Cup
- Ajwain 1 tsp
- Dhania ke beej 1 ½ tsp (Crushed)
- Pani 2 Cups
- Baisan 2-3 tbsp
- Oil for Deep Fry
Banane ka tareeka:
- Chaanpein dho kar halka sa pound karlein.
- EK pan main chaanpein, namak, kali aur lal kuti mirch, soya sauce, sirka, adrak lehsun ka paste aur pani daal kar boil karlien. Chaanpein aadhi tyar hojayengi. Agar jhaag ayein to usko alag kardein.
- Anday aur besan ko ek saath phent lein and is main chaanpein shamil karke achi tarah mix karlein.
- Chaanpon ko bread crumbs se coat karein and darmayani aanch pe deep golden fry karlein.
