How To make Caramel Apple Sundae Cheesecake

Sour cream

cup
Peeled chopped apple
3/4
teaspoon
cinnamon
1/2
cup
Caramel topping
1/4
cup
Chopped pecans
Directions:
BASE: Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg.
Add flour; mix well. Spread dough onto bottom and sides of 9-inch
springform pan. Bake at 450, 10 minutes.
BODY: Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and flour, mixing at
medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing
well after each addition. Blend in sour cream. Toss apples in
remaining sugar and cinnamon. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour
over crust. Swirl 1/4 cup caramel topping into cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350, 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before
removing rim of pan. Chill. Top with remaining caramel topping and
pecans.

2 large Apples
1 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup Half and half
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
2-3 tablespoons Brown sugar
Vanilla Ice Cream
Melted caramel sauce
Crushed peanuts
Peel and dice 2 large apples
Toss in a sauté pan with butter and half and half
Sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar and a touch of salt
Stir until apples soften and start to caramelize. If they start to get too dry, add a little more half and half
Place the apple mixture in the bottom of a martini glass.
Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
Drizzle melted caramel over that and finish with crushed peanuts.

Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tablespoon Truvia® Baking Blend (2 tablespoons white sugar)
1/4 cup butter melted
4 (8 ounce) packages softened cream cheese
1/2 cup Truvia® Brown Sugar Blend (1 cup brown sugar)
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 bag caramels
2 tablespoon water, divided
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, Truvia® Baking Blend, and softened butter in a medium bowl. Place crumb mixture into a foiled 9” x 13” pan and pack. Bake crust at 350F for 10 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Truvia® Brown Sugar Blend, and flour with a hand mixer. Next, add sour cream and vanilla extract and continue mixing. Finally, mix in eggs.
3. Heat caramels and water in microwave for 30 seconds until melted. Pour caramel sauce into cheesecake batter and mix. Pour batter onto crust.
4. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
