How To make Cannelloni with Cheese& Spinach
2 x 225g bags of microwave-in-the-bag fresh
young leaf spinach 18 sheets fresh lasagne
250 g ricotta cheese
300 g mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
1 large free-range egg yolk
40 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
freshly grated nutmeg 450 ml cheese sauce
125 g grated mozzarella cheese
1. Cook the spinach, following the instructions on the packet. Put the lasagne in a bowl and pour boiling water over to cover. Leave to soak for two minutes.
2. Meanwhile, put the ricotta, mascarpone, egg yolk and Parmesan in a food processor and mix. Add the drained spinach and process again. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
3. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Put a spoonful of the mixture on a drained sheet of lasagne. Fold over to enclose the filling and place in a greased ovenproof dish, folded side down. Repeat until all the lasagne is used up, then pour the sauce over and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for 30 minutes until golden.

Punjeni kaneloni u sosu
Kaneloni su uvek dobar izbor, još ako je i priprema brza kao kod ovog recepta, onda je to pun pogodak. Sam način pripreme je jednostavan ali efektan za videti, a uz pomoć Moja Kravice @moja__kravica mlečne pavlake za kuvanje, ukus je kremasto fantastičan. Probajte, a ja čekam vaše utiske ????????
Potrebno:
250-300 ml Moja Kravica pavlake za kuvanje @moja__kravica
11-12 kanelona
11-12 šnita šunke
300 g Imlek polutvrdog sira
350 g paradajz sosa

Priprema:
Sir isecite na štapiće dužine kanelona. Stavite na veći šnit šunke i zajedno urolajte. Tako urolano ubacite u kanelone. Na isti način napravite i od preostalih kanelona.

Na dno pekača sipate paradajz sos i složite kanelone. Preko kanelona sipajte pavlaku za kuvanje i pospite izrendanim sirom (150g).

Pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 210 °C 30-35 minuta.

Cannelloni with Ricotta Cheese & Spinach | Կանելիոնի՝ Ռիկոտայով և Սպանախով (№15)

Լet’s cook some Italian Cannelloni with ricotta cheese and spinach.
You’ll need:
▪️ Cannelloni - 10-14 pcs
▪️ Onions - 80 gr
▪️ Spinach - 200 gr
▪️ Ricotta Cheese - 500 gr
▪️ Breadcrumbs - 20 gr
▪️ Egg - 1 pcs
▪️ Tomato pureе - 700 gr
▪️ Parmesan cheese - 8 gr
▪️ Oregano - to taste
▪️ Salt, pepper - to taste
Start making the cannelloni by steaming or cooking the spinach in water, once it is done take it out, slice it and leave it aside.
Dice the onions and add it to the pan and fry them, then add the spinach and continue frying with onions for about 2 minutes.
Take out the mix from the pan and add it to a bowl and add on top the ricotta cheese and mix it, once the mixture is cool down add the egg, mix and add breadcrumbs mix and season with salt, pepper, and little oregano. That's all, your cannelloni filling is ready.
Fill the piping bag with the cannelloni filling and fill the cannelloni, once it's done depending on how many cannelloni you have made take a small or large ovenproof dish pan, add the tomato sauce on the bottom, arrange the cannelloni’s top it with some more sauce and parmesan cheese.
Then put it in the oven for about 20 or 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Make sure while serving to add some more parmesan cheese.

CANNELLONI VEGETARIANI CON RICOTTA E SPINACI
Cannelloni vegetariani con ricotta e spinaci li preparo per mia figlia che li adora, sono cremosi e molto morbidi. Io essendo intollerante al lattosio per preparare i cannelloni con ricotta e spinaci uso della ricotta senza lattosio e per la besciamella usato sempre prodotti senza lattosio in questo modo avrete dei cannelloni senza lattosio gustosi e semplici. I cannelloni ricotta e spinaci sono facili e veloci e se volete potete anche prepararne di più da congelare. I cannelloni ripieni ricotta e spinaci li potete preparare sia usando degli spinaci freschi sia quelli surgelati, io ne approfitto di usare i freschi quando sono di stagione, che sono molto buoni e si cucinano velocemente in padella con un goccio d’olio. Nel ripieno cannelloni ricotta e spinaci non metto formaggio grattugiato ma se lo gradite potete aggiungerne un pochino. Potete usare sia la classica besciamella che la besciamella con latte di soia. Ora andiamo a vedere come fare i cannelloni vegetariani con ricotta e spinaci e se li provate fatemi sapere. Barbara
