2 c All purpose flour 1 1/2 c Sugar 1 1/2 ts Soda Pinch of salt 2 Eggs 1 lg Can crushed pineapple Icing 1 c Sugar 1 c Pecans 1 Stick of margarine 1 c Coconut 1 sm Can of Pet milk Mix the cake ingredients together and bake in a 9x13 inch pan. Icing: Combine sugar, margarine and Pet milk. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and coconut. Pour over cake. Randy Rigg

Hello my Lovelies! I am starting my 12 Days of Christmas series. A tradition I was to continue each year. On the tenth day of Christmas, Seasoned Cuisine presents to you “Cajun Crab Cakes.” This crab cake recipe is perfect for Christmas brunch or dinner with arugula salad. I am posting an Apple Pomegranate Arugula Salad recipe tomorrow, so stay tuned. The crab cakes can also be served as an appetizer. I added some Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika for a little kick. CAJUN CRAB CAKES - 16 oz fresh lump crab meat - 2 TBSP shallot chopped - 1 TBSP green onions chopped - 2 TBSP red bell pepper chopped - 2 TBSP fresh parsley chopped - 1 large garlic clove minced - 1 egg beaten - 3 TBSP mayonnaise - 1 TBSP Dijon mustard - 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce - 2 TBSP fresh squeezed lemon juice - 2 TBSP unsalted butter melted - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning - 1/2 tsp Old Bay - 1/4 tsp black pepper - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika - 1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs
