Tell me how do prefer your hot chocolate THIN or THICK? This my Italian style hot chocolate. As you can see it's pretty thick! In Italy hot chocolate aka 'cioccolata calda' often has an almost pudding-like texture and kidding you not we eat it with a tiny spoon!

Although for this recipe I've used milk chocolate buttons you can make it even more decadent by using some dark chocolate. Don't forget to serve it with some whipped cream!

INGREDIENTS:
1 -1/2 cup milk (use a splash to mix cocoa and cornflour)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp cornflour
1 -1/2 tbsp sugar (use as desired)
100g dark or milk chocolate
Whipped cream for topping

How to make italian hot chocolate at home. This hot chocolate is not like hot chocolate you get from coffee shop. This hot chocolate is rich, thick, silky and absolutely delicious. Italian hot chocolate recipe will take you 10 minutes to make. Easy creamy hot chocolate recipe will make your taste buds explode.

Hot Chocolate Ingredients:
3 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz dark chocolate

Whipped Cream:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar

Semifreddo al caffè, un dessert estivo cremoso e irresistibile! Ricetta facile per un dolce al cucchiaio senza cottura a base di morbida crema al caffè, con un cuore croccante al cioccolato e una base di biscotti. Fresco e gustoso da servire a fine pasto o per coccolarsi nelle calde sere estive.
Ho usato uno stampo da plumcake in alluminio da 30 x 10 cm, vanno bene anche gli stampi in silicone.
L’aggiunta di liquore è facoltativa, se invece volete prepararlo a casa guardate la ricetta del liquore al caffè

RICETTA STAMPABILE➜

INGREDIENTI
PER LA CREMA AL CAFFÈ
500 ml di panna da montare già zuccherata tipo hoplà
250 g di mascarpone
80 g di zucchero
2 tazzine di caffè
3 cucchiai di caffè solubile
1 bicchierino di liquore al caffè facoltativo
PER LA BASE
10 savoiardi
bagna al caffè acqua + caffè
PER LA DECORAZIONE
panna montata e chicchi di caffè
50-100 g cioccolato fondente in scaglie oppure gocce di cioccolato
