Ingredients: 2cups+2tbsp all purpose flour 1 1/2cup brown sugar 1/2cup glucose syrup 1/2cup melted butter 1/2tsp baking soda 1tsp baking powder 2 large eggs 1tsp vanilla extract 1/2cup crushed nuts(any nuts u prefer)
Procedure: Mix together brown sugar, melted butter and glucose syrup beat until combine.
add eggs one at a time, add vanilla extract. Continue beating for 10minutes(this will make it more chewy).
Add sifted all purpose flour, baking soda,baking powder, add the crushed nuts and mix, do not overmix.
Pour the mixture in a prepared baking tray/pan and bake for 30-35minutes at 170°C, do the toothpick check if it comes out clean then it's done.
Let it cool down before slicing. Enjoy
