How To make Broccoli Sprout Tofu Spread On Toast
8 ounces tofu cake
1 tablespoon white rice miso -- or brown rice miso
4 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup broccoli sprouts
10 slices toasted whole grain bread
In a small bowl, mash the tofu, miso, tahini and lemon juice together with a fork until thoroughly mixed. Lightly chop sprouts, then fold into tofu mixture . Spread thickly on toast. Top with extra broccoli sprouts. Keep refrigerated i n a covered jar.

Ingredients and recipe:
250g broccoli
Hot water
Soak for 5 minutes
Drain the water after 5 minutes
Chop the broccoli into small pieces
Add to a bowl
3 eggs
Salt
Black pepper
Whisk the eggs with a fork
Pour on the broccoli
20g green onion
Chop
Add to the broccoli
Dice 1/2 onion
20g mozzarella cheese (optional)
Salt & black pepper
Mix well
Medium heat
olive oil
Pour into the frying pan
Spread evenly
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Flip over with a plate
Fry for another 2 minutes
Add some olive oil
Done!
