Traditionally there is no cream in Alfredo's recipe, it's the cheese that thickens the sauce made from the butter and pasta water. This Alfredo style recipe with chicken and broccoli is a very simple dish to prepare, I like to use the same pasta water to cook the broccoli just a couple minutes before al dente. Top with grated Parmesan cheese, magnificent!

Salmon and Broccoli Pasta with a Twist!
Salmon and Broccoli in a vodka and Campari sauce! Wow! The flavors of the caramelized salmon skin, the toasty garlic, the aroma of the Campari, all bring this dish together into a wonderful melody of delicious pleasure.
RECIPE:
Salmon and Broccoli Pasta with a Twist
Olive Oil
Butter
2 cups Italian Broccoli – broccoli rabe – chopped
Garlic
Crushed red pepper
Tarragon
8 ounces Salmon, chopped into 1 inch squares
½ cup chopped and seeded Roma tomato
1/8 cup vodka
1/8 cup Campari
Orecchiette pasta cooked al dente
Parmesan Cheese
In a pan of 2 tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp of oilive oil, sautee broccoli and garlic for 3 minutes. Remove from pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and butter to same pan. Add ¼ teaspoon tarragon. Add Salmon, skin down, and tomato. Saute for 2 minutes. Add vodka and Campari off the flame. Reduce. Cook for additional 3 minutes. Add cooked pasta. Serve with Grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Broccoli Pesto Pasta
???? Broccoli Pesto Pasta ???? - guys you have to try this combination of two of our favourite pastas, it’s BANGS!
For the pesto, mix;
- large handful of basil
- handful of cashews (or preferred nut)
- 1-2 fresh garlic cloves
- salt & pepper
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast (or vegan parmesan)
- lots of olive oil (eyeballed)
- juice of 1/2 lemon
For the pasta;
- Boil 1 head of broccoli, then fry it in a pan with leek and spring onion.
- Cook the pasta in the broccoli water, and add a bit of the pasta water to the broccoli.
- Once drained, mix in the pesto to the pasta before adding it to the broccoli.
- Serve with chilli flakes & enjoy.

How to make Red sauce broccoli pasta
Ingredients:-
Boneless Chicken - 250 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
Salt - 1/2 tspn
Red chilli powder -2 tspn
Coriander powder - 1 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/3 tspn
Broccoli - 1 small
Butter - 3 cubes
Yellow capsicum - 1 medium
Green capsicum - 1 medium
Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsn
Salt - 2.5 tbsn
Pasta - 300 grams
Maida - 2 tbsn
Milk - 1 cup
Oregano- 1 tspn
Red chilli powder - 1 - 1/2 tspn
Black pepper powder - 1 tspn
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tspn
Onion - 1
Bay leaf- 1
Cloves - 2-3
Chicken stock - 2 cubes
Cream cheese - 2 tbsn
Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup
Direction:-
Add boneless chicken 250 grams in a mixing bowl, then add ginger garlic paste 1 tspn, salt 1/2 tspn, red chilli powder 2 tspn, coriander powder 1 tspn, turmeric powder 1/3 tspn, mix well. Then keep marinate for 1 hour.
Add waster in a vessel and boil 10 mins broccoli 1 medium until gets soft/ tender. Remove it from water and keep aside.
In a frying pan add 1 cube butter and fry marinated chicken untill gets tender , in the same chicken add 1 medium sliced green capsicum and 1 medium sliced yellow capsicum, boiled broccoli. Mix well and cover cook for 7-8 mins at medium flame. Add red Chilli sauce mix well. Then keep aside.
In a vessel add 1 liter Water add oil 2 tbsn, salt 1 tbsn, and boil pasta until it softens. Then keep it aside.
In a cooking pan add butter cubes 2 pcs, maida 2 tbsn, mix well. Then add 1 cup milk and mix gradually. To form a soft paste with out any lumps. Then add oregano 1 tspn, salt 1 tspn, red chilli 1-1/2 tspn, black pepper powder 1 tspn, chilli flakes 1/2 tspn, mix well add little water if needed. Add onion small with bay leaf and 2 cloves connected with each other. Mix well. Add chicken stock 2 cubes, Cream cheese 2 tbsn, mozzarella 1/2 cup. Mix well for some time. Remove onion set and keep mixing until it becomes cheesy. Then add boiled pasta. Mix well and serve
