CUISINART BREADMAKER NUTTY WHOLE WHEAT BREAD ¡HACIENDO PAN CON MÁQUINA CUISINART!
Hi guys!
I am back with another delicious recipe for you to try but this time with the help of my very own Cuisinart Bread Maker! This machine allows me to make delicious healthy bread, dough or jam in no time at all without the hassle. Today I have tried their **Nutty Whole Wheat Bread** recipe straight from their recipe booklet.
Some tips I have for you are:
1.If you can't find low fat buttermilk, you can make it yourself! All you have to do is add 1 tbsp of lemon juice to 1 cup of low fat milk, give it a stir and viola!! You have your instant buttermilk.
2. Always use fresh yeast. Using old yeast can ruin any and all bread recipes.
3. If you can't find Kosher salt, you can totally substitute it for regular table salt.
3. Spraying your bread pan with cooking spray before adding the ingredients, will guarantee that your dough will not stick to the sides of the pan.
4. All ingredients must be at room temperature before using them with the bread maker or with making baked goods in general. When at room temperature, eggs, butter, and other dairy ingredients form an emulsion which traps air, that trapped air expands and produces a fluffy baked good. Try to prepare your ingredients at least 15 to 20 mins ahead so that they enough time to warm up.
Ingredients for 1Lb loaf:
1 cup low fat buttermilk.
1/2 tsp of salt.
1 tbsp of butter.
1 tbsp of maple syrup.
1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour.
3/4 cup of unbleached all purpose flour.
2 tsp of yeast.
1/2 of seeds or nuts or mixture of both.
REMEMBER, every recipe can be modified, there is no one way of doing things AND cooking should always be enjoyable and CREATIVE!
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did making it for you! Remember to follow us on INSTAGRAM @SAN.PAL20 for more interesting facts!
Stay safe and I will see you soon!
TOODLES!

HOW TO MAKE EINKORN BREAD | ANCIENT GRAIN | SDA COUNTRY LIVING
Today’s video will be showing you how to make Einkorn bread. Einkorn is an ancient grain. Einkorn is also considered the oldest grain known in the history of agriculture, this superfood is delicious in all kinds of baked goods.
Einkorn wheat once grew wild around the world, but, like many other heirloom grains, it was weeded out as farmers cultivated modern crops and easier-to-harvest varietals. Still, this ancient grain is prized for its nutrients, lower levels of gluten, and non-GMO status.
Today the plant grows mainly in Morocco, France, and Turkey, and throughout parts of what used to be the Soviet Union.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup water room temperature, (230 grams)
2 tsp active dry yeast
1/4 cup honey 80 grams
2 TB extra virgin olive oil 20 grams
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups all-purpose einkorn flour

The easiest most foolproof artisan bread✨
The easiest most foolproof artisan bread✨
.
I discovered this method from @merryboosters years ago and it has been my go-to ever since ????????❤️
.
▪️390g (or ~3 Cups) Artisan Bread Flour or All Purpose Flour▪️2 tsp Sugar▪️1+1/2 tsp Salt▪️3/4 tsp Instant or Active Dried Yeast▪️300ml (1+1/4 Cups) Water▪️Butter, for serving▪️
.
1️⃣ In a large bowl mix together the flour, salt, sugar and yeast
2️⃣ Add some lukewarm water (~110°F) and mix everything together to form a shaggy mass of dough
3️⃣ Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let sit and rise in a warm environment for about 2 hours
4️⃣ After 2 hours, preheat the oven to 450°F with a Dutch oven inside (so the Dutch oven gets preheated as well)
5️⃣ Transfer the dough on to a floured work surface (the dough will be sticky so dust it with some flour whenever needed); knead the dough (fold it on to itself, turn, and repeat) for 2-3 mins until a tensive dough ball forms
6️⃣ Transfer to a proofing basket or parchment lined bowl, cover and let rise for 35 mins or until the dough doubles in size
7️⃣ Place the dough ball in the preheated Dutch oven lined with parchment and bake at 450°F for 30 minutes; reduce the oven temperature to 400°F, remove the lid, and bake for another 10-15 more minutes (at this point the longer you bake the bread the crispier the crust will be.. just make sure the bottom doesn't burn) - enjoy with salted butter!
.
Note: If you are making bread on a regular baking tray instead of a Dutch oven, steam is the key factor for making crusty bread. Place a pan with hot water in the lowest rack of oven while baking and spraying with water inside the oven during the initial five minutes of baking to help create this steamy environment inside the oven.
