How To make Boiled Cocoa Cookie/Wheat Free
2 c Sugar
1/2 c Cocoa
1/2 c Milk
1 Margarine
3 c Quick quaker oatmeal
1 ts Vanilla
Nuts; opt. Place the sugar, cocoa and milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from stove and add the 1 stick oleo, the vanilla and then the 3 cups oatmeal. Add nuts if you wish. Wait a minute or so and drop by teaspoonsful on WAXED PAPER and let set until cool. Makes about 50 cookies. These are almost like a "candy" as well as a wheat-free cookie. -----

Ingredients
1 stick butter
1-1/2 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup powdered Cocoa
1/2 Cup milk.
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 Jar Peanut butter
3 Cups quick cook oatmeal.
Instructions
Boil for more than one minute. How much more? I boiled them 2 minutes.Don't go away from the stove because this burns quickly.Stir, and stir.After the 2 minutes add vanilla, peanut butter (the nuttier the better).Stir until peanut butter is blended into the cocoa mixture.Add3 cups quick cook oatmeal.By using 2 teaspoons, drop onto waxed paper. Will harden fast. Makes about 60 cookies.

INGREDIENTS:
Water 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tbsp
Let it boil
Low the flame
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Keep stirring
Water absorbed
Cool for 2 mins
Oil 1 tbsp
Knead for 5 mins
Fry for 2-3 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
