How To make Bette's Coconut Delight Cake
1 pk Yellow cake mix
1 lg Can crushed pineapple
1 c Sugar
1 cn Cream of coconut
(such as coco lopez) 1 lg Container cool whip
1 pk Frozen coconut
Bake cake in 9 x 13" pan. Heat the can of pineapple and juice with 1 c. sugar until the sugar is dissolved. As soon as the cake is done, poke holes all over. Slowly pour the cream of coconut over cake and spread. Sprinkle the coconut over the top of the cake and pour the pineapple mixture over the top. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. This QUICK and EASY Sweet Potato Delight is simple to make in a crockpot. I used the mini crockpot that is just right for 2 people. You can make a large batch in a larger crockpot. Cueillette d’ail des ours et recettes, le printemps arrive dans les Pyrénées. Ep01
Dans ce premier épisode je vous emmène en promenade printanière dans les Pyrénées !
Mars a annoncé le début de la saison de l’ail des ours. Nous sommes donc partis en balade en forêt pour en ramasser. Retrouvez mes conseils pour une cueillette sauvage responsable dans la vidéo.
Avec l’ail des ours j’ai réalisé plusieurs recettes :
- L’ail des ours émincé et séché ou congelé, à utiliser dans les plats comme condiment
- L’huile d’olives infusée à l’ail des ours
- Les naans à l’ail des ours et ail (ultra gourmands !)

RECETTE
Pour 4 grands naans à l’ail des ours :
Mélangez 250 gr de farine + 1 pot de yaourt (végétal ou non)
+ 1cs d’huile de coco fondue + 1cc de sel
Ajoutez ½ sachet de levure de boulanger mélangée à 1cc de sucre
Complétez avec un peu d’eau
Ajoutez de l’ail des ours et de l’ail émincés
Malaxez pendant 5 minutes minimum.
Laissez gonfler dans un endroit tiède (dans le four éteint ou sur le poêle).
1 heure après, étaler la pâte pour former les naans
Puis, faire cuire à la poêle.
Déguster tiède, un vrai délice…
