Ingredient List:
Tips: Clean The Meat with lemon/limes, Kosher Salt & Cold Water.(Add Vinegar if you’d like)
Slice The Meat to ensure the seasonings absorb into the internal part of the meat.
Using Shears, Cut off any unwanted extra skin,cartlidge & fat.
Use Disposable Gloves & Clean the area with Hot Water,Lemon & Bleach afterwards.
Marinate the meat overnight for at least 1 hour using the seasonings listed below.

8-10 Chicken Drumsticks (Organic & Fresh Recommended)
1 Tablespoon, Olive oil
1 Teaspoons, Onion Powder
1 Teaspoons, Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon, Smoked Mild Paprika (Color)
½ Teaspoon, Allspice Powder
½ Teaspoon, Cumin Powder
Pinch Of Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon, Sazon Tropical Seasoning(Color & Taste)
2 Teaspoons, Creole Seasoning
½ Tablespoon, Dried Parsley
Pinch Of Pepper
Slow Bake Cooking Instructions:
220 degrees - 30 Minutes
Base the chicken , bake for another 20 minutes.

Oven Baked Chicken Breast
Here is a SIMPLE dinner idea for all of our chicken lovers. We paired this chicken with oven-roasted red peppers and a baked sweet potato.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (skinless & boneless)
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Parsley (optional - for garnish)
Steps:
1) Preheat oven to 425F
2) Trim excess fat from chicken breasts
3) Mix seasoning (brown sugar, paprika, dried oregano, garlic powder, and salt and pepper).
4) Pound chicken to roughly 1.5 cm of thickness. This step is crucial for even cooking.
5) Rub each breast with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning. The amount of seasoning you use is your choice. Once completed, flip the chicken and repeat the process on the other side.
6) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer chicken breasts to the baking sheet.
7) Cook the chicken for roughly 18-20 minutes (or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F).
8) Once cooked, allow the chicken to cool. Top with chopped parsley and enjoy.

BAKED CHICKEN BREAST RECIPE
2 boneless chicken breast (6 ounces each)
2 teaspoon avocado oil
Garlic powder
Smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Remove the chicken breasts from the fridge and allow them to sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before cooking. The closer to room temperature that they are, the better.
Preheat oven to 450ºF
Lay the chicken breasts between two pieces of saran wrap or wax paper and gently pound with a meat mallet*, starting from the center and pounded towards the edges. The goal is to create a chicken breast that is uniform in thickness so that it cooks evenly.
Place chicken breasts on a rimmed baking sheet a drizzle each side with avocado oil and season liberally with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
Rest the chicken for 10 minutes so the juices can settle and the internal temperature rises up to 165 degrees. Serve and enjoy.
