How To make Beral's Berry Coffee Cake
1 Egg
6 tb Butter (can be canola oil)
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Yogurt (can be non-fat)
1/2 c Milk (can be skim)
1 3/4 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 ts Baking powder
1 c Berries (your choice)
Preheat oven to 350 Cream butter (or oil) and sugar. Add egg. Add remaining ingredients, reserving baking powder for last. Stir to combine. Add berries and stir briefly. Pour into greased 8 X 8 baking pan. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned and tester comes out clean. Cool and serve.

2 pc 8x8
40 grams Arla butter, melted
40 grams vegetable oil
130 grams brown sugar
65 grams white sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup Bravo evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup water
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
40 grams cocoa powder
110 grams all purpose flour
1 can Bravo condensada
1 cup Bravo evaporated milk
25 grams cornstarch
30 grams Arla butter
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggyolks
50 grams Beryl's Bittersweet Chocolate Shavings
10 grams Bianca Powder
Procedure:
1 Mix all the ingredients for the cake and divide into two pans.
2 Steam for 30 mins. You can also bake at 350F for the same time.
3 For the Dulce Caramel , Mix everything first then cook double boiler until thick.
4 Let cool and spread onto the cooled cakes.
5 Top with Beryl's Bittersweet Chocolate and Bianca Powder

Bahan kek
115 salted butter
65 gram gula kastor
2 biji telur B
1 tsp ovelet
120 gram tepung kek
1/2 tsp baking powder
Esen vanila
40 ml susu segar
Bahan krim
100 gram creamcheese
115 gram salted butter
60 gram gula aising
Esen vanila
Bahan lain
Strawberry jem
Buah pilihan
==Cara-cara==
-Pukul butter, gula dan ovelet hingga kembang
-Kemudian masukkan telur 1 per 1 lalu pukul rata
-Masukkan pula tepung dam susu berselang seli ( rujuk video)
-Bakar kaedah steam bath selama 30 minit, suhu 160c
-Untuk krim, satukan semua bahan dan pukul hingga kembang
-Sila rujuk video cara untuk menghias kek.

Sharing my Chocolate Mousse Cake, our New Year's celebration is complete with this cake. The creamy mousse, chocolate chips and moist chocolate cake is a perfect combination! You can also make this one for any occasion that you like, please give it a try!????
Ingredients:
2 cups cake flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
2 cups white sugar
½ cup cocoa powder, I used Bensdorp
1 cup buttermilk (evap milk + 1 tbsp white vinegar)
1 cup hot water
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp coffee powder
2 large eggs
For Mousse:
¼ cup water
1 tbsp plain gelatin,
1 cup whip cream, I used Everwhip
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
⅓ cup cocoa powder, I used Bensdorp
For Frosting:
1 cup whip cream, I used Everwhip
½ cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp vanilla
For Toppings:
2 tbsp chocolate chips, I used Selbourne
½ cup chocolate chunks, I used Beryl's dark chocolate bar
NOTE:
I used two round 8x2 pans then bake at 180° for 45 to 50 minutes

BAHAN-BAHAN :
300g biskut marie
200g butter
200g susu pekat manis (boleh kurangkan kalau tak nak manis)
50g susu full cream
250g serbuk milo
100g coklat coin
¼ tsp garam
CARA-CARA :
Panaskan kuali. Masukkan butter dan masak sehingga cair.
Masukkan susu pekat manis. Kacau sehingga sebati dan mendidih.
Kemudian masukkan susu full cream dan kacau sebati.
Masukkan pula serbuk milo sedikit demi sedikit sambil kacau perlahan-lahan sehingga tidak berketul.
Masukkan coklat coin dan garam. Kacau sehingga sebati dan masak sehingga adunan mendidih dan menjadi likat.
Masukkan biskut marie dan gaulkan sebati sehingga semua biskut bersalut.
Alaskan loyang bersaiz 8x8inci dengan plastik. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang tersebut dan tekankan adunan sehingga ratakan.
Simpankan sebentar di dalam peti sejuk.
