Practical and delicious ❗ this is the MOST DELICIOUS Ground Beef recipe I have ever eaten. ????
For the Ground Beef recipe you need:
120g rice (1 cup)
400ml water (2 cups)
Vegetable oil
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1kg minced meat
60g flour (4 tablespoons)
1 egg
salt, pepper, caraway

Hamburger Wild Rice Casserole
Weeknight dinner is a breeze if you have a skillet, pre-packaged rice and some hamburger. With tons of flavor and ease of use, our skillet wild rice casserole is a home run all around.
Ingredients:
• 6 oz box long grain and wild rice
• 1½ lbs lean ground beef
• 8 oz sliced button or cremini mushrooms
• ½ yellow onion, diced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 cup beef broth
• ¼ tsp ground thyme
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup Italian blend shredded cheese

GROUND BEEF WITH RICE ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS
A quick and easy throw-together meal idea. Simply seasoned ground beef with Jasmine rice, sweet onion and mushrooms.
Shopping List:
1 lb. ground chuck beef 80/20
1 bag of microwavable Jasmine rice, or other rice
1/2 cup sweet onion, sliced thin
1 cup baby bella mushrooms
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1-2 tbsp. Worcestershire
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat a flattop on 425F or a skillet on medium high.
Add oil, onions and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, toss and cook about 10-12 minutes until softened. Push aside or remove.
Add the ground beef, break up and brown, about 8-10 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Add the onions, mushrooms and garlic and toss, serve and enjoy.

Easy Hearty Comfort Food | Hamburger Rice Casserole
This hamburger rice casserole will be your new favorite comfort food. With the savory flavors of ground beef and cheese combined with the comforting aromas of rice and onions, this dish is hearty, filling, and delicious.

INGREDIENTS
1 pound lean ground beef, I used a 90-10% blend
2.2 ounces Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix,
21 ounces cream of mushroom soup
4 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cups beef broth
¾ cup whole milk
¾ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 cups Minute Rice white rice
8 ounces Colby jack cheese, shredded
1½ tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium skillet on medium-high heat, brown the lean ground beef for 5 to 7 minutes or until no pink remains. Drain off the excess fat that was rendered from cooking.
To a large mixing bowl, add the browned and drained lean ground beef, packet of beefy onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, sliced mushrooms, beef broth, whole milk, sour cream, salt, and black pepper.
Stir to combine.
Stir in the minute rice and spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Top the hamburger rice casserole with the shredded Colby jack cheese.
Tightly cover the casserole dish with a large piece of aluminum foil.
Bake for 45 minutes. Uncover the hamburger rice casserole and place it under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes or just until the cheese is lightly browned and bubbly. Be sure to keep a close eye on the cheese so that it doesn’t burn while under the broiler.
Allow the hamburger rice casserole to cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with fresh chopped parsley and serving.
