How To make Beans with a Difference (Microwave)
2 c Cooked green beans
2 tb Sour cream
2 tb Cream cheese
1/4 ts Curry powder
2 Spring onions,finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients together except beans. Place in a glass jug. Heat on HIGH 30-40 seconds. Pour over beans, mix in if wished. If cooking conventionally, heat over very low heat.

College dorm food recipes are my main hehe Actually my channel got only those. My college dorm food recipes might have an Indian TOuch Because am Indian OOpps hehe ! . My Recipes Are Super Simple and Easy to make. I know how hard it is to eat good food during our college life. Sout of my experiences i decided to make a channel dedicated to college students or people who are looking for simple recipes.
I don't know whether i have to use college dorm food a lot of times to rank on youtube hehe ! but i will try to use college dorm food as many times as i can. What if it work.
am just trying my luck with college dorm food. But trust me the recipes i share are out of my experiences. If you are not so happy with my words hehe just try my college dorm food so that you can actually taste it. you do not have to waste a lot of things and your time as well.

Ingredients -
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
Beans
Onion
Tomato
1/4 Tsp Chili Flakes
Salt To Taste
And 1 Tbsp of Water.
Just all in one mug and Microwave For 2 Minutes Its all ready to eat :D .

How To Make a Vegan Microwave Recipe For One In a Mug
Okay about this microwave recipe i have mentioned the ingredients above and its all in one pot recipe. All you have to do is add all in a mug and microwave for 2 minutes and you get a tasty vegan recipe for one.
I would suggest those budget students out there who doesn't have access to all kind of kitchen appliances . And also for lazy people hehe . My microwave recipes wont waste much of your time and you would be ale to eat delicious meal in no time.
If you are cooking for serving a single person my recipes would surprise and satisfy you for sure. i might not have enough subscriber but still.. I am not so good with seo and stuff where i make a lot of mistakes ehehehe !
But trust the recipes are really satisfying.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Mug Cookie

Peanut Butter Mug Cookie
1 Tablespoon (½ oz/15g) room temperature Butter
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon White Sugar
1 egg yolk
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter or any nut butter
3 Tablespoons of All-Purpose Flour
METHOD
1. In a microwavable mug mix the butter and sugars together.
2. Add egg yolk and peanut butter and continue mixing .
3. Stir in flour, then mix until all ingredients are fully combined.
4. Microwave for 40-60 seconds (check after 40 seconds to check if it is done, you might have to play around with the timing as all microwaves are different)
5. IMPORTANT NOTE:My microwave is 1200Watts and my cookie took 40-45 seconds. Don’t overcook or they can dry out. Mug cookies are best eaten while still warm.
6. Top off your mug cookie with a buttercream frosting mixed with raspberry jam.
Oatmeal & Raisin Mug Cookie (Gluten free and Vegan)
INGREDIENTS
1 Tablespoon Flavorless Oil (canola, coconut, vegetable)
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon White Sugar
1 Tablespoon Apple Sauce
¼ tsp vanilla extract, a tiny splash
Pinch of cinnamon
¼ cup oat flour (See how to make it in the video)
¼ cup rolled oats
Raisins
METHOD
1. In a microwavable mug mix together all of your ingredients until they are fully combined.
2. Microwave for 40-60 seconds (check after 40 seconds to check if it is done, you might have to play around with the timing as all microwaves are different)
3. IMPORTANT NOTE:My microwave is 1200Watts and my cookie took 40-45 seconds. Don’t over cook or they can dry out. Mug cookies are best eaten while still warm
4. Try topping your creation with whipped coconut cream and cinnamon, or anything you like.
Chocolate Chip Mug Cookie
